Easy way to increase Hydroponics cave lighting
The perfect 'wallpaper' for my basement greenhouse. Reflects light back off from the boring concrete walls and turns the 'Hydrolab' into a bright, sunny space to do my winter gardening. I can't honestly say that the plants perked right up when I installed it, but it perked me up. And is IS brighter in the lab now. Reflected light seems to get to the plants in the back too. I taped it to the edge ceiling rafters with the shiny mylar duct tape. While it doesn't stick that well to the old wood, it's enough when combined with the stiffness of the material to stand right up behind my grow racks. A few minutes with the staple gun along the wood frame increased durability of the installation. This insulation is also great for lining my wire racks to keep the spills out of the lights below. It just feels nicer to work there with shiny walls.

Easy to use
This is a nice insulating product that is easy to use. I used foil tape to secure it to my square duct in my crawl space.

Easy
Easy to install. We put some on a set of steel three car garage doors with very little air gap and surface temps dropped 20 degrees and room temps atleast another 3 degrees cooler. If your garage is finished and air conditioned this stuff is an absolute must just dont forget to insulate the attic and stair access as well.

Got the real deal, seems to work!
We got the name brand Reflectix (others have said they didn’t) and cut it to size to fit over windows and doorway in our RV to help keep the cold out. It’s been up 3 days now, and I don’t feel the cold draft coming off the door and windows like I was before. I got more coming to finish up the skylight, bedroom windows, and air fan!

Works to keep Heat IN when cold, as well as Heat OUT when hot! I LOVE THIS!
Probably the BEST Product I have EVER Bought! Works to keep Heat IN when cold, as well as Heat OUT when hot! Used all lwinter to surround my space heaters and hold the heat next to where I sit to eat, use computer... Also put in bed-side window to keep the cold OUT... This summer, I tried the same for bed-side window to keep the western sun OUT, as the sun baked the bedroom and raised the room's temp dramatically; Works EXCELLENTLY FOR BOTH! Bought last winter, will NEVER go without! I have fitted several western windows now, and place tightly against glass in the afternoons, then remove. Because of its foil, I find cutting the pieces slightly larger than the windows, I am able to just push into place and pull to remove... A couple days ago I made an interior windshield glass cover for my car. It took One large and Two smaller pieces taped together (Use wide strong tape, not office paper tape) for the over-sized windshield and This time I did also apply two small pieces of self-adheseve velcro to the inside top of the glass and to the wrap. Once again, cut a little tiny bit larger than the glass, as the foil helps to retain the piece's shape. It actually took me several trimminimg cuts to maintain the slightly bigger shape that helps hold it in place... I have since used it many times to help keep the Summer Sun from BAKING the interior of my car - up and down EZ! and even tho it's three pieces taped together, the foil material is very resilient and I believe this is All-round AWESOME STUFF! Before Next Winter, I will buy it again, the cost here is the most reasonable I've seen, and I continue to find uses for this as time goes by! There are videos of folks using it around or inside their ice coolers, and I have No Doubt that will be Next on my list of Fabulous Uses for REFLECTIX BUBBLE WRAP!!! Would give this MORE STARS if it were an option!!!

Patio Door
Used for a defunct patio door. Taped sections about 6-7 ft in length about three wide to cover the door, then attached with HVAC tape. Worked like a charm, would recommend for winter.

A great product for a vatiety of uses.
I'm giving it five stars based on how easy it is to work with. Our house and guest house have a total of three bedrooms that see minimal use during the summer months. The windows face south and east and just radiate heat from the sun and we wanted to cut down on cooling cost. From the minute we finished each window we could feel a big change in temp. This stuff is just flexible enough to mold into position and hold it's shape. The bulk of your cuts on these rolls if you are just filling in for straight sided windows can be performed with a good pair of heavy scissors the lines in reflective bubbles running across the roll are defined enough that I didn't need to use a straight edge to make the cuts. Depending on how you install this product you can use a variety of tape to hold into place from clear tape, to duct tape, or a shinny foil tape to blend with the foil look. We choose simple scotch tape to use because I want to remove the foil in the fall. We were lucky that the scotch tape was applied only to the vinyl window edges so I didn't tape to any of the painted/finished surfaces. I considered using the blue painters tape if the scotch tape didn't work because the curtains would hide "blue." This stuff is surprisingly light and can be used in a lot of places. I see why motor home/camper users rave about this stuff. I could see a lot of uses for this stuff.
