Too thick
This made it harder for my daughter to do back hip circles and pullovers. We returned it and made our own bar pad with a pool noodle. Much cheaper and worked a lot better.

Hated it with gymnastic bars but loved it for stall bars and stretch ladder
So this was not a favorite for our gymnastic bars. My daughter said that it was harder to do skills with it. It also moves around a lot and the hard velcro always ends up the wrong side up. That said, it is perfect for our stall bars and stretch ladder that she uses for stretching her oversplits, etc. The bar would always hurt her leg but not with this extra padding. I plan to buy more!

My 5 yr old granddaughter asked if I would by her one so she can perfect her flips on her barre. It is cute, durable and she uses it all the time

Great for my Level 1
Serves it purpose. I have a 5 year old level 1 (bubble level 2) and she kept bruising her hips home training pullovers and back hip circles. This keeps that from happening while shes still still gaining control and strength. She is much more comfortable!

Durability is awesome
My 10 year old loves this. Her tummy no longer hurts and the rolling of it helps bring her up easier onto the bar she says :) Thank u now she actually uses the bar her dad bought

Great for little gymnasts who aren't used to the feel of the bar.
My 3-year old is obsessed with the bar. She has a real gymnastics bar, but she also has a metal pull-up bar that we put at a lower height for her to spin around on. This was about as wide as her which was perfect, because this way her arms could hold the bar at the proper distance. It protected her belly great until she got used to the bare bar. Great for beginners who are still bothered by the bar. The velcro is great, it never came close to coming undone. Quality product.

Many Uses
The media could not be loaded. Didn't work well for my daughter when used on the bar like it shows. Just seemed hard to cast off. Giving it 4 stars because I found another use for it. I made a swing looking mini high bar helper out of thick rope and pvc pipe. I use this on the pvc pipe so that it will be more comfortable when using it to do front hip circles, back hip circles, etc.

Best gift ever!
Bought this for my granddaughter who is deeply into gymnastics for the bar I had bought her for Christmas. She loves the padding and her hands are do very happy too!!

Fit for purpose
Fast delivery. Came quicker than expected. Only real complaint is it is a little stiff moving on the bar. Might get better with use.
