Great value for the price

I used these for anchoring hop support ropes to the ground. The corkscrew shape means you don't have to cut a huge hole in weed fabric to screw them into the ground. I have only a few inches of topsoil in my yard and then it's all hard packed clay. I was able to get these in about half-way by hand and then finish the rest with a screwdriver as a lever. The metal is nice and thick and sturdy. I left them in the ground all winter and this spring they seem fine with no major rust or damage. Definitely the best value for the money considering the other options available on Amazon.

Pain to screw in the ground

The anchors are a pain to screw in. Had to use a lever to do by hand. Also lining up with and attaching the chain was also hard. Had to redo a few times each one to get it right. After all is said and done though they seem to keep the swing set from lifting off the ground when my son swings high.

Half down the trampoline

Had a lot of windy days already this year and the trampoline didn’t even budge. Definitely a good piece of mind.

Good for the price

I have a swing set that I used these for. They are great for the price but I did have to use other methods to keep the swing set from blowing away on windy days. I wouldn’t recommend these for any thing to heavy.

Use this for my kids play dome and playset. Going on 6 months and doing well. I would recommend.

Does what it says

We used a few sets of these to hold down a swingset, and the legs don't lift off the ground even with both kids on it.

anchored down

This kit worked well for securing our swing set and should work on most with round metal legs. I did not have any difficulty screwing the anchors into the soil but we have fairly sandy soil without rocks in my area. The only caution I have is there are only four anchors in the set and our swing set had two additional legs in the middle so I ended up needing a second kit to be able to secure all the legs.

Seems great

Bought to anchor our swing set and works great for the most part. Trickiest part of installing is getting the ground spikes in just the right spot. Instructions don’t actually state how far away or which side of the pole to place them. Regardless they seem fairly sturdy and hold swing set in place.

Not for hard soil. Metal not that strong.

Would not go in my soil and started bending after a few turns. Probably just good enough to put in sand or soft clay.

Long shipping and missing bolts

I waited more than a MONTH for this product to arrive. That was the most annoying part of this purchase. I could not get this anywhere else than amazon. So the kiddo's have patiently waited 6 weeks with a playset in the backyard that could not be used. I was able to set it up on my own no problem. To add to my annoyance, it is missing 2 of 4 bolts. I live in Toronto where we don't get crazy weather so I can't comment on it's ability to withhold in that environment. The kids have used the swing set and it seems fine for now.

Not sturdy enough

Did have issue getting them into ground, so used screwdriver in hole as leverage handle to turn but then some bent or broke. So only conclusion is the metal needs to be heavier and or needs something to use to make the ground screws easier to install.
