Update !!! WaterPik has finally decided to replace my flosser .....

Update: Waterpik is finally replacing my machine. Amazon apparently contacted them about the poor review I gave. Lesson I learned is that when you need help dealing with a seller ..... call customer service because Amazon is the best at what they do. When my machine "worked" it was fabulous so I have changed my review to 4 stars. Original Review: It does not work. I called Amazon and Gowri at Amazon was really good .... he said it was best to go through the manufacturer and they will replace it "no problem". Not exactly the way it went. They ignored my explanation of the issue of the battery not holding a charge and just kept sending me letters saying that I needed to do "MORE" troubleshooting. I think they thought maybe I would just "go away". I am not. I want people to know my experience with support from WaterPik. A guy named James just kept sending me emails telling me what I should try. I explained that my wife has the same product and it works fine, so I "DO" know how to work the darn thing. It is simply this ..... I charge the battery overnight then in the morning when I use the machine ...... it stops working before I get to my lower teeth. Like 2 minutes it lasts ..... obviously something is wrong with the batteries. They just kept insisting that I needed to do all these troubleshooting steps ..... I did comply ..... still have not heard whether they were sending me a new replacement yet. I kind of expect they will just keep making me jump through hoops. I would be willing to update this review, if they perform as expected. I included a couple pics because they insisted that I needed to give them the serial number. As you can see by the pics ...... there is no serial number on their machine ...... they insisted twice by email to provide that. I suspect they are going to use that as reason to not honor their warranty. Believe me .... blow up that first pic and you will see serial number clearly written, but no number ????? Arghhhhhhhhhh

Must have for braces!

It is so much easier to clean between my teeth/braces with this waterpik . I feel my mouth is cleaner and zero food caught between my teeth at the end of the day. Many different heads to reach all the nooks and crannies you can find. You can change the pressure for more sensitive areas in the mouth. I haven’t figured out what you would us the highest setting for, it’s pretty strong!!! So nice that this waterpik is rechargeable and easy to carry around for teeth and gum cleaning in the go. The charge lasts a long time (lots of uses before next recharge.).

Works well! Powerful little device

Wasnt sure how powerful this would be since it’s rechargeable and sometimes things like that don’t work well but this does! It shoots a strong stream of water. It does run out of water fast since it doesn’t hold too much but it would be too bulky if the water cartridge was any larger. I bought it because I have a permanent metal retainer which can be difficult to floss - this definitely helps! Worth the money!

Should have bought the extended warranty

Disappointing. Only lasted 8 months of daily use. Purchased the portable cordless version (although it never left the house) because I didn’t want a big “clunky” device cluttering up the bathroom counter. Perhaps the “clunky" version would have been better after all. Update: I contacted Waterpik regarding warranty. Pleasantly surprised when, after I explained the problems, they offered to replace the device (received the replacement a few days ago). Will keep the replacement for travel and purchase a counter top model for every day use. Adjusted the rating by two stars for good customer service but still consider the device itself a disappointment.

Ideal for small spaces

My vanity area is small, so good alternative to units with larger tanks. Downside is I have to fill it with water 2 or 3 times per use, but that’s the trade off. Also I would prefer the water pressure to be a little stronger, but appears to do the trick.

Great power!

Works great full power for daily use. I have a smaller lower powered one for travelling though you could travel with this one as well as it is only little bit larger than my portable unit.

It's a true Waterpic and not an imitation

I remember my original Waterpic with bulky tank & tubing that took up lots of space in the bathroom. This new model has everything I want in a rechargeable design and selectable pulse streams

Nothing like a stream of H2O to get in-between those tight areas!

The headline should say all you need to know! I really love this cordless spinach extractor! I use mine in the shower and have learned warm water is a preference when pre-brushing my teeth. Sometimes, I add a capful of mouth wash to the reservoir (the cap from a travel size mouth wash bottle) after mostly filling it as a way to allow my breath to feel that much fresher prior to using the electric toothbrush!!! It does travel well so long as you make sure to place it in-between enough soft clothing or wrap in a towel. I do recommend this item if you are considering purchasing it!

Arrived opened and used.

This arrived and it had been opened and used. There were still water droplets in the water tank, the plastic packaging holding the nozzles had been opened and the bag holding the waterpik itself had also been opened. There was no charger included.

Good pressure, difficult to angle correctly

I like that my dentist will get off my tits about getting a water pik to clean my implants. I like that it is cordless so I can use it in the shower. Unless you like wiping the entire bathroom down afterwards, it’s the only place you can reasonably use it. Water goes everywhere. It’s also a lot bigger than you’d think. And the reservoir lasts about 30 seconds. The intake hole is placed so that you have to hold the unit horizontal so the water drains to the intake. It’s difficult to angle the unit to get the backs of your teeth, so I’m hoping just doing the fronts is enough. Don’t let your spouse, partner, sister, brother etc. see you using this because they will laugh themselves to death at the sight of your rabid dog drooling as you try to clean your teeth. Afterwards I just turn the shower on to wash all the saliva away. Oh and don’t use cold water or you’ll get a slurpee head when the water hits your teeth. Luke warm is best I’ve found

Bastante bueno

Compré esta marca específica porque mi odontóloga me lo recomendó particularmente y resultó bastante bueno. Si nunca has usado este tipo de aparatos, hay que hallarle bien el modo para no empaparte y dirigir el chorro a las encías y no acabarte el depósito del agua antes de tiempo (sirve perfecto para toda la dentadura). Mi único "pero" sería que no cuenta con algún foco indicador o algo que te señale cuando se está cargando ni cuando ya está completamente cargado. Fuera de eso, hasta el momento todo bien.

FUNCIONA PERFECTO

Es mi primera vez con un water floss, y lo amo. La presión del agua me parece muy fuerte, incluso ahora que ya estoy acostumbrada pienso que no le caeria mal tener la opción de bajar la presión un nivel. Las primeras veces que lo usé pensé que lo tendría que devolver, pues noté extrema sensibilidad en los dientes, pero con el tiempo me he habituado y ya no siento ningun tipo de incomodidad. Que sea recargable es extremadamente convieniente porque no gastas en pilas ni te preocupas por comprar pilas recargables.

Muy bueno

Es la mejor opción de todas las waterpik en cuanto a lo que ofrece y el precio. Es recargable, tiene 5 diferentes puntas, dos velocidades que cumplen perfectamente la función de limpieza interdental.
