Keeps salmon moist and delicious
Used it to cook salmon on the grill. Like one review I read, I soaked the sheet for around 20 minutes instead of the 5 recommended…..worked beautifully. Will continue to use and am giving some as gifts.

TrueFire Gourmet Cedar Wraps with Twine - BEST VALUE
Pros: -Comes with individualy cut Twine. - Cedar Sheets are the same as the "more expensive" one sold by a different vendor. - Cedar Sheets provide the same flavor and moisture retention as the other vendor. - Price of these TrueFire Cedar Wraps was about half that of the other vendor. Cons: - I just wish I had found this vendor sooner. - Cedar wraps cannot make cooking or grilling fish "idiot-proof". We have been buying and using cedar cooking planks and wrap sheets for more than 5 years. They are the best way to cook fish like Salmon, Trout, or Tuna. The flavor imparted to the fish is excellent and they keep the fish from drying out so it is always moist and tender (if you do not over-cook the fish). We used to only like these fish when grilled over coals with some wood chips. Using these cedar wraps allowed us to make the fish in the oven and get excellent flavor and tenderness. Cedar wraps are fairly expensive. The TrueFire cedar wraps are relatively inexpensive which makes them economical to use compared to the other vendors. I highly recommend these TrueFire Cedar Wraps. They are a excellent value and perform great too.

Works like it should
This is a good throw away after use product. I cook fish on the grill with it. They are very thin and break apart very easily. I didn't use them for wrapping food, just for smoking Salmon. For smoking or cooking anything, they are perfect, just a little to thin. The flavor is not as much as I hoped but satisfactory. For the price not bad if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Easy to use .. New way to grill
I was nervous to use these since they were thin. I have never used cedar for grilling. Turned out, these were quite easy! They said to soak for 5 minutes but I listened to some others and did soak for 20 minutes and they wrapped around the salmon and Asparagus quite easily, tied up and held up well on the grill. They were a little pricey so not sure how often I would use them but now that I’ve tried them and know they are easy, would use again and they do add good flavors.

One of the best inventions yet for cooking salmon
One of the best inventions yet for cooking salmon! Extremely easy to use, with outstanding results. All I do is put olive oil on both sides of the salmon pieces (with or without skin), add some seafood/salmon spices, wrap it, tie it with string and put it on the grill at about 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes (depending on whether you want it medium or well-done). I use indirect heat (middle burner off) and have never had a problem. I also let the salmon rest in the wrap and covered in foil for about five minutes. The other nice thing is that the skin usually comes off with the wrap when it is removed. Make sure the salmon pieces are not wider than about 4 inches. Three inches is about perfect to get the entire piece wrapped.

Cedar Planks great for grilling
I haven't used the wraps yet, but the planks work great. I soak mine for a minimum of 4 hours in hot/warm water. So far, none have caught fire. Makes fish taste great. Occasionally, I'll add the plank, get it hot and then move it to the top of the grill instead of putting the fish directly on it. This gives the food a more subtle flavor.
