Used for Starlink V1 POE
Needed this for my V1 Starlink satellite which is 48v (100+amp) POE. I've been using it for over a month 24/7 with no problems.

It did the job and the ends socket in and out well.
The color camouflaged the cable against the baseboard of my rooms and allowed me to have a network signalk much better than wifi.

Works well
These regular cat 5, 6 cables are the standard thickness. Work great. But the thinner cables are easier to curl and put away.

Worked for me.
I am no electrical or systems engineer so I don't really know if the upgrade from an 11-year-old ethernet cable to a cat 6 really made an improvement but I think replacing with a new cable made sense.

Perfectly adequate Ethernet.
I had to route this Ethernet under a wall which required a little not so gentle persuasion yet the head of the Ethernet and actual cable held up fine.

Does the job
Not so much to say about it. It does the job and I'm happy with it.

Good cables but beware of long delivery times from abroad
These cables look good quality with 24 AWG (low resistance - good for long runs and PoE devices) and pure copper (as opposed to copper coated aluminium CCA) which is good for PoE devices. Price is good and it's a well known make. Problem is when selecting different colours and lengths the products comes from different suppliers, some of them a long way away. I ordered 5 cables: 1 direct from a UK supplier (arrived in 3 days), 3 came from Amazon UK (5 days) and one from a USA supplier (Seattle!) up to 2 weeks. Reviewing my order I see it does say on the right "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon US." but it is in small normal text. I do wish Amazon would make that bolder and better still like eBay have a filter option (that it remembers against your login account) to only offer UK supplied goods. This is the second time I've been caught - it just makes Amazon a less relaxing place to shop [along with all sorts of tricks to get you to sign up to Prime].

Works fine, but white cable smells a bit and isn't as white as other brands
I have bought this StarTech CAT6 24AWG cable one time in orange (3m) and one time in white (7.5m). Both are working fine. I've bought the orange one, because I think orange looks the most unobtrusive when it needs to run over wood. The white one is going along the white skirting board. I've noticed that these StarTech cables seem to have no earth, but I'm not sure if Ethernet cables from other brands have earth. But these StarTech cables are 24AWG and therefore have thicker copper cores inside. Most other brands seem to save on copper and use only thinner 26AWG cores. I'm going to give the orange cable five stars. The white version will get only four stars, because it smells a little bit and it is not as white as other brands. It's more a very light grey.

Great quality cable
When I ordered this cable, I was expecting average quality at best for the price. I was wrong. I had the cable from my hall into my kitchen, which is around 5 meters with 10 meters to spare, rolled up beside my modem. Someone left the front door open, causing wind to slam the heavy wooden kitchen door on the cable. I pushed open the kitchen door to shut the front door then checked the cable for any damage. Not even a scrape. You can feel the quality throughout the cable, alot faster then my wireless but I guess that's to be expected. StarTech definitely know how to make a cable, I'll be buying from them when I need more.

Worth the price
I prefer cables to wireless connection but cheap cables do not last long before the frequent snagging and flimsiness cause the cable to degrade and expose the wires underneath. This was well worth the cost firstly because it is sturdy and does not get tangled up and secondly because I could choose a different colour to distinguish between the members of the family who use it.
