easy to use

Little goes a long way with this product. I like the liquid colors better than the powders because they mix easily. I have used this product over the years with no issues.

Cells are possible!

If you read the directions and mix properly you can achieve cells for ocean art. I used 1-2 drops of white piñata alcohol ink with a very small amount of this white paste. I used a thin layer of clear resin and very carefully blew the white in. Only go over it one time! Don't over mix and just let the cells form on their own and they will!!! Great stuff soooo much in here

Works Perfectly

I make very small items with epoxy resin and use this for an opaque color and it works perfectly. I add VERY LITTLE to my pours as I work with 40-80g. I have bought white, red, and black of this brand and each has been exactly what I needed. Other opaque pigments I've used have not stood up to this as they require too much to be added to give it an opaque look which disrupts my resin ratio where this takes like a pin drop for the size of pours I do.

Great for pouring resin art.

I bought this to use for pouring resin art, and it’s excellent. It’s a floating-white in resin, unique because white pigments are always heavier and tend to sink. So brushing color over this white creates beautiful cells. No joke, a very small amount goes a very long way. The color and opacity are great. I do not follow the instructions on the bottle when mixing, I add it after I’ve mixed my resin-just like all of my other colors- and I’ve never had an issue.

Adversely Affects Epoxy

This is my experience with this product, yours may be different. I use this with Epoxy-it 80 brandClear Epoxy Resin for Bar Tops, Encapsulating, or Casting (1 Gallon) at 75 degrees F. Without this pigment the epoxy goes on smooth, bubbles pop easily and you have a long working time. With this pigment, the epoxy develops some large bubbles that will not pop not matter how much heat you apply. The only option is to sand them out and top off the project with a clear coat. The work time for the epoxy is reduced to about fifteen minutes then the stuff starts to gum up. Self leveling is a thing of the past. On the plus side this is the "strongest" pigment I have seen. I mix batches in 12 to 16 oz pours. .As the other reviewer said an amount about the size of a pea is almost to much. It mixes into the resin easily.

Awesome!!! Very satisfied!!!

I purchased the 4 ounce white paste. A little does go a long way!! I am a resin artist and I use Artresin and MasterCast. System Three paste is highly compatible with both types of resin. It has not affected the pot time or the curing process!! I generally use 3 gallons of resin a month and I pretty much use white in all my work. Because so little is needed to color the resin, I expect 4 ounces will probably last over a year. I highly recommend! !!!!

Works great for live edge wood work with System Three epoxies.

Works great for epoxy for live edge wood. Turns the epoxy jet black for filling the gaps and voids of live edge wood. Made for system three epoxies.
