Contrary to what is stated in ad...it shrinks when drying...a LOT

Good stuff, but wouldn't use as anything other than filler...It shrank considerably when drying and I had to re-sculpt an entire project.

Smaller than expected

It’s smaller than I excepted, it also comes pre-molded into squares of 10 , which i was expecting it to just be flat . Easy to use and helped me create my project

Loved it - BUT it shrinks!!

I love working with this clay. All edges were clean and crisp! I was thrilled with the end product - BUT within 12 hours all my work had shrunk by at least a quarter percent!!! And where I had etched in detail, it separated at each detail. My beautiful project was ruined and I was rea!ly upset. It was good for nothing but the dumpster.

You get what you pay for.

In less than 24 hours, this clay is showing its true colors. It's super easy to work with, very soft but for some reason it does not enjoy the drying process. The seams and creases on these sculptures are coming apart. Not sure why. I was hoping to keep these pieces and make more but this clay just does not want to be one piece. I will try to make a filling medium using soft clay and water to fill in the cracks. Hopefully that'll work. If you are an artist looking for a good air dry clay to produce products from, this is not it.

Hearty Product

I work in a nursing home as an activities Director and we use this for a craft. It’s a great clay alternative that is easy to use. It comes in a large tub in Play-Doh like form. Once it’s dry it’s very hearty. I’ve dropped some of the dried pieces and tried to snap them. Extremely difficult. It’s a great product for arts and crafts. Would highly recommend.

Good clay however it loses fine details in drying

I free hand sculpted with it only at this point. Free handed it bonds well to organic material as well as stone. However the disappointment is you lose fine details in the drying process. This picture is of a test snail I did. On the bottom you can see where my signature was deformed while drying. There are fine line details on the snail that also didn't show up when it dried. This was just a test piece it wasn't finished. The plus side is it does hold color well and is easy to paint. This doesn't work well for miniature things because of the loss of fine details. The clay comes in chunks inside the container. It's fairly easy to divide and kneed it. So for larger projects I think this would be amazing.

It shrinks a lot

It shrinks a lot, a minimal shrinking as it says on package- It is not minimal at all! I had a small element from a Prima mold, and after drying, I had about 4 mm crack, multiple cracks in one single element. This is a lot considering that Prima molds do not have large elements to begin with. Be ready to have a lot of big cracks on a small element you try to cast.

Poor Quality

This product is great for children...Not Adults ..its like a stuffing playdough....I wouldn't purchase again .
