Worked perfectly straight out of the box

Seems to be a quality product. Took very little time to get paired and installation was simple. Tried it out and it worked perfectly. I'll update with any issues but right now it's perfect. Only suggestion I have would be: It tells you not to leave it plugged to the winch for fear of draining the battery. I think they should include some sort of reusable boot to go over the end of the connector when it's not plugged up. But that's a minor thing. I'll come up with another way to protect it.

One year. Stopped working

Used for 6 months. Vehicle parked up for repairs. Not working anymore.

Couldn't be happier!

This receiver and app are the cats nuts! My Smittybilt X2O gen2 winch works great wired but using the winch remote wirelessly was enough to drive me to drinking! Bought this Warn wireless receiver and hub app and I must say Warn nailed it on this product! downloaded the app, plugged the receiver into the winch and launched the app and boom it worked flawlessly. Hats off to Warn on a great product that works as stated!

not strong enough.

Even though it listed down the specific model number for the smittybilt winch that I had it was not compatible as far as handling the load capacity necessary for operation. Called first to verify that it would match with my particular winch which is rated at 15,500 lb. I suggest verifying weight and power capacity before buying this item. I give it two stars and because it did pair out to my cell and hook up to the winch as it is intended to.

I have a smittybilt winch, for which a remote is almost $300...this gave me everything I needed for under $100.
