Bulky but safe
I like how protective this is for my son who plays football. But he complains about it because of how bulky it is and says it hinders his flexibility. It’s good for taking hits not good for mobility. It’s good for a quarterback who likes to sit in the pocket though

It fits…now, you don’t want someone who outweighs you by double to land on your son, but it works for most things shy of that!

Doesn’t cover the stomach
Doesn’t cover the ribs…. Have to buy additional piece to protect the stomach because doesn’t reach around. My ten year old QB is as skinny as a rail.

Easy to use and attach to pads and have kept my sons back safe. We had a couple of close calls where he was stepped on in his back and this had helped to ease that nervousness. He is doing well and had not had any issues with his back being hurt since using it.

Works well- but the hardware is awful
Works for what we need. However, had I known how ridiculous the hardware would be, I would not have purchased. What a nightmare to have to check it daily for them to still fall out after practice/games.

Hardware is taped to the cardboard !!
The hardware is in a really strange spot. It is taped behind the red cardboard logo. Otherwise the pads are great, but the hardware fell out after 4 practices.

Good product but hardware lacks
For a middle school rib protector it works and my son says that it fits well. The problem is the hardware. I tried to use the hardware provided and one screw went missing after just a few practices. I went to a local hardware store and bought new hardware. I advise to check the screws after every practice (or before) to ensure they are tight and by backups to have on hand.

Excelente producto.
Mi hijo quedó encantado con el producto, le protege de los golpes y evita lesiones, en ocasiones la usa también con la camiseta de protecciones.
