Wish it was a little more comfortable.
This is not something I will wear on a day trip as it's not very comfortable for me but pooch settled in in pretty quick.

Great Bag
I got this for my cat, but, unfortunately, if a cat can get its head out of something, it can get its whole body. For that reason, I have not been able to use it for my cat. The workmanship seems good, so I can only recommend it.

Great Design With a Few Minor Issues I wish They Had "Tweaked"
I have several different types of dog slings to use depending on the "situation". I have been looking for a "purse type" design that isn't so big that my 6.2 lb. dog gets lost in the bag. This one is large enough for him to be carried comfortable without the carrier "collapsing" around him. The base has a removable "cardboard type" insert that can be removed and cleaned so that is good, but it does not cover the entire bottom of the bag. The "bottom" of the bag as I measured it is 13 L x 9 W and the insert is more like a 10" x 10" square. I did find a package of 4 washable "kennel pads" that measure 12.6" x 9.8" that I believe will make the bottom more comfortable and will fit. All in all, it's up to you to decide if your dog might need some extra padding in the base to keep from sliding around. Now for the few cons I discovered: 1. The strap/handle is a bit weird because while it is adjustable, if you need to have more slack then the excess is not padded like the rest of the strap. I would have been nicer if there was an extra padded part that can be slid under the buckle and extra webbed strap so that the ENTIRE strap is padded. 2. The "front" where the zippered pockets are seems like it was put together backward. I say this because the strap that is used to secure your dog comes out of a hidden pocked on the strap. So, when you are securing your dog, you are crossing over the area where his head is. In all the slings/carriers I have purchased in the past, the securing strap is either in the back, so it goes over the back of your dog to attach to their harness or there are straps coming from both sides of the "middle" of the carrier to more easily attach to the dog's harness. 3. I have mixed feelings about the "adjustable locking zip line" because it seems that the "rope" will rub on your dog's neck when pulled to make the top of the carrier smaller. All the con's being said, I am still very pleased with this new addition to my other carriers as it gives me additional options to carry my Romeo with me when I'm out and about and I'm glad I ordered it.

Nice Quality Bag Not for Small Dogs.
Well, my dog didn’t like it… Until my wife got the dog to stick it’s head out of the front zipper. We have a small maltese and thought we could use this bag to take her along on some longer hiking trips. The bag is light and of good quality. The strap adjusts well but my wife thinks it slings a little low. Bag is definitely made for a bit larger dog. We feel that our dog gets tired of standing in the bag when sticking her head out of the top. Wouldn’t recommend it If you have a very small dog.

OK Pet Bag
This pet sling bag is slightly bigger than similar sling bags and is a bit more square. The bottom is cardboard, and in my experience, it will eventually collapse with use. I wish the bottom were more sturdy so it would hold up to gain years worth of use. The bag itself is somewhat large and fits awkwardly against my petite frame. The strap is only partially padded, so extending the strap means an unpadded strap rests against my shoulder. My dog is XS and barely fits her head above the top. All in all, the bag is ok and I will use it for short errands.

A little too wide for the cinch
I like that this carrier has a roomy pocket up front. We have other slings and maybe my pup is used to those because he would not stay put in this particular sling. I think it is too big. He prefers to be snuggled in against my body more securely. It does have the lock in strap so your pet will not hit the ground if they fall out. The opening at the top is very wide and this sling in a wide box shape, so the cinch mechanism doesn't tighten enough and my little chihuahua can slip right out. I think the sling is good and it is just too big for my little dog. Fer reference, my dog is 5 lbs and very skinny.

OK, but doesn't seem super comfortable for dogs
I like this carrier for all the storage and quality build. However, the way it sits on your side when you have a pet inside seems like it's not that comfortable for the pet. For very short periods of time, I think it'd be fine, but you might want to look at something else for anything more than a quick grocery run.

It's a nice bag, but too many flaws.
I'm always looking for bags/carriers for my little pups and this is different from everything else I have so I was happy to give it a try. I tried it out on my 10 pounder and I could tell she wasn't very comfortable in it. When wearing the bag, it tilted her to the side rather than keeping her upright. You can even see that the dog in the product photo looks unhappy with the tilt as the model wears the bag. The base of the bag is more of a square shape and since this is a cross-body sling, I think it needs to be more of a rectangle shape so that it lays against the body better and keeping the dog more secure. Although, I guess this would accommodate an obese dog comfortably. It's also a bit too deep. My little one is short and she could barely poke her head out to see where she's going. There is no mesh window so keeping her head inside is not an option she'll take. A mesh window would be nice. Although, an easy solution to this would be to use a small blanket or towel to give your dog some lift. The bag is nicely made, as I don't see any flaws in the stitching, material, etc... The shoulder pad is thick and soft. However, the adjustable strap is terrible. It does not stay at the length you put it if there is ANY weight in the bag. This became quite annoying. If the adjustable strap actually worked, this bag could be great for a small dog up to possibly 15-20 pounds simply because of all of the space it offers. However, you'd have to be ok with the tilt.
