Expected new received used

Received quickly but obviously used and not new. Box ripped up, scuffs all on one and sticker half off with fuzz/pet hair all over it. Item itself; fairly easy to install, just use hole in material to push into hole on the ‘wing’. They are not level when you have the seat ‘wings’ up straight. You have to have them in the expanded seat positions for them to be level. It’ll work for what it is, just not the ideal positions. I’m not sure how you could use them with 3 across unless I’ve missed another hole location. (I only have the one seat.)

Love the seat

Hands down should’ve had this seat from the start. For the price of the seat it would make sense to include the cup holders, but I was happy to purchase them separately.

Not clear instructions

No real instructions come with how to hook these up to the car seat and it took me a while to figure out, once I did, my kids have easily pulled them out, so maybe I didn’t do it right and maybe I need to look at other options

Perfect addition

We already have one cup holder on each of our Diono seats, having a second one on each seat means my kids can have a drink cup and snack cup. Great buy!

Can't believe I didn't get this earlier

For our narrow car seat we were upset that it didn't go with cup holders like my son's sister's seat had. This was perfect for our car seat and for our car seat we put them side by side. Love that it comes in a pack of 2!

They don’t fit well

I cannot get them to sit in the seat straight for the life of me. They are always tilted.

Dont cut your seat cover! Read this first!!!

I read several reviews where people said they had to cut the fabric to install this and I thought wow why would they sell it if they didn’t have a spot for it. I watched a video on the Diono site and it showed it being easy to install so I went out and looked very carefully at the seat cover. If you look closely at the seam where the holder would go you will see very small slits in all the positions you can put the cup holder in. You do NOT need to cut the fabric. See my photos for where I found the slits. In the front spot it sits at an odd angle unless you push the side of the seat out, then it sits more level, but it’s not so bad that it tips the drink out. So far it’s a good size for the Sippy cups I use and I’m SO glad I looked closer at the cover. I probably wouldn’t have purchased these if I had to cut the cover.

Nice color

We have a purple plum diono and it is a nice compliment to have the cup holder matching color. We have a cup holder come with the car seat but it's black. It seems that these cup holders are not as nice as the black one comes with the car seat. The material is more flimsy and the cutout is not perfectly in sync. It doesn't lock as well as the original black one.

Daughter love it

Fits and was easy to install. My daughter loves having a place to put things. I just wish the car seat had come with it.
