So far it's a good product.

Fits great. I did cut off the extra velcro once I had it adjusted to my horse's head; this way it is less likely to get caught on something and come off. The horses don't seem to mind them unlike some others I've used in the past. The price on Amazon was much better compared to what I had paid in local feed stores or chain supply stores.

Blue-Eyed Horse Needs Year 'Round Protection

My cremello horse is on pasture and needs to have her eyes covered almost year 'round. I can't always get to her when it's raining or gloomy, so she essentially wears one 24/7. The Farnam masks are durable, but she can't always see very well through them, especially at night. The Duramask runs small and is hard for her to see through; it really rubbed her nose and jaws and she almost went through a fence wearing it, we think because she couldn't see it. This mask? Not a problem! I can see her beautiful blue eyes through it, so I know she can see out. Plus, it's longer length really protects her pink skin from sunburn. There's no edges to rub on her face or poll and it has two Velcro straps so I don't worry about it coming off. It has excellent protection from flies and mosquitos. It is a little more expensive than some other options, but it will see it's second season without a problem so no more buying one (or two if she loses one) every year (unless I lose it). Highly recommend!

The edges do not collect sticky seeds

Any horse will get off or tear its fly mask if it really wants to. This one has edges with no puffyness or fur so air circulates thru better. She got it stuck on soft barb wire and it came off. Did not rip. Thats good. Ill be repeat buying when i need a new one. Hope they are still making them

Good for smaller sized horses

I bought this same one at tractor supply and that one was just the right size for my larger boy but the new one fits my smaller mare.

Highly recommend, horses love it

Like probably a lot of people, I have several different kinds of fly masks... trying them all out. The horse that wore this one, loves it! Puts it on nicely and doesn't want it off. I have another horse that always takes his off. So I bought another one of these.... here loves it, he doesn't try to take it off!!! I think it must be very comfortable plus they can see better with the fine mesh. Plus, I can see their face to make sure they're ok. The only thing that has happened to the older one is the reflective nose patch has come undone on top and bottom (still attached to sides and does not cause any issues)

Most Durable Flymask

Before I discovered the Manno Pro Opti-Force Fly Mask, I was going through three to four fly masks a season. The ones I purchased previously either tore easily, got holes in them and/or the velcro didn't last. The Manno Pro fly mask has extremely strong velcro that stands up to dirt and dust. The fit is perfect for my mare, so there are no gaps around the nose or under the jaw for flys to get in. The part of the mask that covers the eyes is very sheer, so I can leave the mask on at night and not have to worry about my mare being able to see through it. The mask I bought last year, lasted all season. Good price and good quality!

puckers for the eye area rubbed both horses and one of the 2 masks I bought ripped beyond repair in 2 days..
