Nice carrier

Seems like a great cat/small dog carrier. Won’t know how good it is until I’ve put it to use. Love that it folds, and came with its own bag for storage. Top opening is big enough for my large cat.

Didn't Hold Up - UPDATED (8/01/16)

I ordered a carrier from them for taking my cat on flights home to Toronto. On the first flight within in 10 minutes of take off the cat had bitten through the canvas and the zipper suddenly split allowing my cat to escape into the plane. My last carrier cost half of what this one did and lasted 7 years and countless flights before it had to be replaced. I expected WAY more considering the price and hype about these carriers. UPDATE (26/12/15): One for Pets has contacted me to replace the carrier and will ship it to me in Toronto so I have a new one to fly back to Halifax with. Very quick and helpful customer service! Hopefully the new one will hold up! UPDATE (8/01/16): Unfortunately on my flights home, with the new carrier One for Pets sent me, my cat again was able to split the zipper and escape. I think this carrier is best for animals who aren't prone to stress while travelling, who won't put too much pressure on the zippers or bite at the canvas. Despite the issues with the product I do want to say that the customer service is impeccable! The company was in constant contact with me to make sure I got my replacement carrier and to check how my flights home with it went. When I let them know that the issues weren't resolved even with a new carrier they were happy to give me a refund on it. Everyone I emailed with was super friendly and supportive, couldn't have asked for better!
