Basic traditional crutches - adjustable, work well for a decent price

I've been using the Soles walking crutches daily, everyday, for a month now, due to a knee injury. My budget is constrained, so for the comparatively low price (compared to many other, often WAY more expensive crutches I'd looked at, of various types and styles) these have been extremely useful and have daily worked for me very well. They are very lightweight and though sturdy they are a bit "creaky" sounding, when in use, with associated very, very slight "play" - due to being made of metal I guess, and due to the type of adjustment that is utilized in the product. I'm not sure if a more expensive crutch would eliminate these factors, but I have found (those factors) to be inconsequential, as these have worked fine for me, for a low price. I am a lower weight, 5'1" woman so I decided to order the child's size and I then adjusted them up to the top available degree, which seemed to be just the right fit (for 5' 1" height) If one is taller than 5'1" I'd suggest to order the adult size and adjust down. As well I do not put too much weight on the crutches so not sure if weight would be a condsideration or not, for others who might order these crutches - I'd think not though. I found it useful that there are two levels of adjustment available, i.e. the upper section from the armpit to handgrip can be adjusted, and the lower section from handgrip to floor can be adjusted. They are more comfortable to use if you can adjust them to your own arm length and leg length, which I was able to do. Although I appreciated the adjustability, they were quite difficult to adjust (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) but I did only have to do that one time only, just only on the first day I received them. It would be helpful to have another person to help do the adjusting. I was by myself and so had to try various strategies to accomplish the adjustment, until I found a way I could do it by myself, but it was a bit tricky trying to find a way.

I would purchase elsewhere. Item arrived used with black marks all over it and missing the cushion part in one of the crutches ( that goes under your armpit)

Functional and does the job - the tips started to shred a bit by the third week of use

They are too short although they say 5’2” and I am 5’1””, so will have to return the crutches.

I just said they are too short for what they say!!

ABIERTO, SUCIO Y SIN TUERCAS

Acabo de recibir las muletas y el envoltorio llega abierto, faltan palomillas o tuercas, por lo que, se desmontan. Además vienen sucias y la altura no se ajusta a la descripción. Un verdadero desastre. Creo que es el peor producto que he comprado por amazon. Deberían eliminar este vendedor.

für mich unbrauchbar, da die größenangabe nicht stimmt. maximum auszug sollte 121 cm sein, ist aber leider nur 112 cm. möglich.
