A good size and design

i was looking for a counter top oven that would fit a 9 x 13 " pan . I have tried other larger ovens, but they never heated to temperature. This countertop oven is large enough to fit a good size pan, allows cooking several things at once and is an excellent air fryer and the interior light is great. I did not think I would use the air fryer setting because I don't typically cook French fries, but I have now used it to air fry eggplant, sweet potatoes and shrimp. It is fast and the food comes out crispy. My only suggestion is that the instruction book is not well written. It is not clear when one should use the pre heat function or how to shut the unit off before it ends its cycle. Also removing the blue packing tape is difficult. Lighter fluid will take it off , but had to work at it.

Works well

This oven works well and so far we have had nothing but success. As in other reviews, the instructions are a bit wonky, but nothing one can't figure out after a few trials and errors. The other bit of info I was concerned about was the amount of clearance beneath the bottom of the cabinets and the top of the oven, its about 3 inches in my kitchen. I took several temperature readings while I had the oven cranked up and the highest it read at the underside of the cabinet was 117 degrees F......Hardly combustible....

I love it,I wish I could give it five stars.

Rubber seals around door make it efficient. Old cuisinart didn't have that. Fan housing was bent, made a nasty noise, I had to bend it back took about two hrs which is why I am giving only 4 stars, quality control should have picked it up . Tape was holding the door left nasty residue which took me forever to get out. Stainless steel citrus oil cleaner with microfiber worked best but any oil based cleaner would probably work. Fan stays on after power is off maybe to keep the electronics cool or to prevent burns. Really is a smart oven in many ways. Temp starts at 100 degrees for low dehydration will work. I love this thing, wish I could give ot five stars.

Wonderful Air Fryer

Okay so my traditional oven bit the dust a year ago and parts are no longer available and I could not afford to replace it. So after more than a year without an oven I thought I would try the MegaChef Air Fryer. This is the first air fryer for me and I was a little anxious. I have it now a couple of weeks and this is one fine machine. Does its job so very well. The directions for use could have been slightly more detailed - but no big deal, I did figure it out. It is easy to operate and program and it is so easy to keep clean which is delightful. I am more than happy with this product and have purchased a 2nd one for my daughter for the holidays. I have had some fabulous tasting food with this MegaChef oven and would recommend it to everyone :-)

Counter Top Cooker

This is the first time I purchased a counter top oven. I spent several hours reviewing various models and brands. I was looking for something that I could get my teenager to use without much difficulty, along with being able to accommodate my needs. Found Megachef a possible suit, I was not disappointed. Read the directions, completed the precooking task of burning off the oven (was happen to see this included in the use guide). It heated up quickly, and I like that the oven space is large enough to cook multiple items at the same time. Best of all is the pre-set categories that make is simple enough for a teenage to use, as well as the alarm and auto off once the cooking is completed. I am impressed with the product and would recommend this to anyone.

You pay for return shipping. UPS wanted over $50 in shipping fees. I haven't even used it yet, was not what I was looking for. It looks nice, ran it for 3 seconds to make sure it work, but thats all I did. Lets hope it works as good as it looks.

Icon display went out in 3 weeks oven is malfunctioning after 5 months

So far so good. (Second day) a little big but not a problem. I'm 1 person but I knew that. I cooked a steak last night but am anxious to cook more. The only issue is the learning to set the toast darkness function which I tried and could only get 1 to function.
