Grips
I love this rollator however after 7 months of use a design flaw has shown up. There is a piece of metal running down the handles with a very sharp edge. The metal does not come all the way to the end of the handle so the rubber dips down at the end. After only 7 months of use the metal has cut a hole through both the rubber handles. It now cuts in to my hands. I filed a complaint with Medline but unfortunately they seem more concerned with telling me the rollator is out of warranty than addressing the issue. I tried to buy new grips but the part number they sent me is invalid. Someone was supposed to contact me about that but it has been days and no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed with their response to this. The grips come off and can be replaced if. you can find the part. Please consider this cost when you are considering this rollator. It is a shame because the rollator itself is every thing I needed. (I tried to upload pictures but it would not work)

Handle Strength Issue?
The right-side adjustment button was a bit wonky when this arrived. When I pulled the handle up to inspect (see the picture), it was obvious the supporting aluminum was damaged by the handle being pushed down hard. Wondering just how much force it took to deform the aluminum, and if this unit can properly support a larger individual. Note that the item is "Not Returnable" despite not being otherwise identifiable as such, but Amazon did come through and give us a refund on the item. Would be helpful if Amazon did a better job of identifying this on the item page - the "Return Policy" was *NOT* helpful on this. So overall style - 5 stars; usability - a star for you who have 90lb loved ones; Amazon's response to the defect - 5 stars. Overall a 3.6, but I'm stingy with my ratings, so only 3 provided.

Well made easy to use and the wife likes it a lot
We got it today and unboxed it, nothing to put together ready to go. It is well made easy to use, brakes work great they locked down tight. This is something my wife will use for as long as she needs it

Great Walker----but handle grips break in less than 30 days
Contacted Medline spoke with representative, filed complaint and they'll get back with me on the status of replacement of handle grips in 48 hours.

Horrible
We bought this for our mom as she existed assisted living to return home. We had one from the center for two weeks and now we needed this newly ordered walker. We pulled the stroller out of the box and seemed good. Then then damaged product came to the forefront. We tried to adjust the handles numerous times. The holes on the side with the button that pops out to adjust was no where. After trying, with several STRONG siblings, they could not pull the handle out to adjust the length. The pop out button was gone. Mom said she can try the short length, it has killed her neck leaning over to walk with the stroller. We again tried to adjust and to contact Medline, nothing. Because the stroller came without instructions, already assembled and jammed we either got a return broken one and recycled after someone returned and broke or they just don't do quality checking and throw in a box with a jammed broken handle. Either way, this was expensive and now we are stuck with a jammed handle that irritates my mom's neck trying to look up while walking leaning forward. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND another company, there are others that cost the same or less that would work wonders for a person. OH, forgot, the brakes are so darn hard to squeeze my mom has almost fallen forward using this darn thing. If you make something for elderly, may want to keep them in mind when constructing a medical aid, just a very good suggestion.

Lightweight and very maneuverable
My husband has very limited mobility due to Parkinson’s and other Neurological issues and his therapist suggested using a European style walker, one where the back wheel base is longer. Unfortunately the one we got through our insurance for big$$ had a large wheel on the front and was difficult to maneuver so it sat unused and his mobility suffered. Then I found this Medline Euro style walker with all four wheels being the same size for $159 on Amazon. We’ve been using it about 4 weeks now and he loves it. The long back wheel base plus the same large 8” size wheels all around are very maneuverable and it’s increased his mobility in the short time he’s had it. It’s lightweight, it folds to around 11” and open wide is 23.5” so it will fit through standard doors. He's 6' 1" and so the highest setting fits him well. Win Win!
