Dangerous!
I have purchases three Drive rollators and two of them have come apart and collapsed sending me to the ground and the last one I purchased has a loose screw and I tried to take screw from another walker that had a wheel roll off of it, but they are both stripped. I have tried to call Drive several times, but the person I need to speak to has a full mailbox and then the recording says that this man doesn't receive calls. Help!

Three-Wheeled Rollator-Walker with Carry Bag
I hate using a rollator, but decided that a smaller 3-wheeler would be easier to maneuver through narrow spaces and would look more "fashionable" than my wider plain black 4-wheeler by Drive. I've looked at the Winnie for a couple of years, saw this one on sale, and decided to throw vanity to the wind and buy it. In the pic, the steel frame looks tan and the plaid Velcro bag that comes with it looks (to some) similar to a faux Burberry pattern. PROS: Fast shipping, well packaged. Easy to quickly assemble, sturdy once assembled correctly. Height of handlebars can be quickly raised or lowered. Wheels are a good size for indoor or outdoor (on smooth surfaces). Hand brake is solid. Walks and turns smoothly. Navigates narrower spaces than my 4-wheeler, which is not large. Rear wheels are still not much narrower than my larger Drive, but the single wheel in front allows it to get through tighter spaces easier. CONS: As stated above, in the pic the Winnie appears tan or beige; however the one I received is bright yellow, like a school bus. Not a deal-breaker, but I was hoping to draw attention away from the fact that I'm using a mobility device, not draw attention to it. In other pics, this Winnie Supreme is shown with a horizontal bar across the bottom rear (between the back wheels), but this one doesn't have that, so I'm guessing it's an older model. The most disappointing part of it is the tan, black and white plaid carry-all bag that really set it apart from plain one color rollators with black bags. This one is roomy inside, but made of cheap-feeling plastic with a triangular-shaped top that is cut too small to completely cover the inside of the bag. I knew before ordering that there was no seat with the 3-wheeled rollator, but didn't realize how much I'd miss having one. It will be okay for brief walks, but not for ones where I may need to take a break and sit down. My fault. Word of warning regarding assembly: I read reviews that said the Winnie is tippy, prone to falling forward and dangerous. At first, I found it exactly that way, then a friend who was here when I put it together realized that the bottom legs MUST be extended backward then locked into place, which took about a minute once we figured out why it tipped forward. If one fails to extend those legs and tries to walk with it, they are likely to fall. Once legs are extended, it's completely solid, sturdy and safe. I'll keep it since it was on sale, but am highly disappointed that the Winnie Supreme I received is "school bus yellow" with a bag (that I hoped would be canvas) made of cheap ill-fitting plastic. I may spray paint it tan. I'd recommend that anyone considering buying one based on the online pictures, call Drive or the reseller beforehand and ask if the model has changed. As a mobility walker, it's lightweight, easy to maneuver. Does the job.

A little pricy, but Very nice except for one con
This would not be suitable for anyone over 200 lbs., and even THAT is a stretch. It is a lightweight, portable unit. The wheels are designed well and there is comfortable walking space for the feet and legs. HOWVER, the handlebars on this are under 12" wide apart from each other so that when the user is walking, they have to hold their hands at an awkward angle and only 10" from each other. There is not much room. The adjustment holes only allow one to raise or lower the handle, but not turn or splay them outwards so it would be more in line with the wheels and thus make maneuverability easier, as on another Drive 3-wheel model. It's o.k. for folding it up and putting it in the car, but I found it very uncomfortable walking any great distance because my elbows were hitting me in my stomach from the uncomfortable position. A large or heavy person would not find this to be suitable. The reason I bought it is that it folds up in half and is lightweight and would use it as a portable.

Sturdy and Light Weight
Great for Senior Citizen. Easy to fold and put in/get out of car. Only complaint I have is that handles are too close together.

Mom loves it. Perfect for small living spaces
This is our second one we got for my mom. The last one lasted 6 years untill the airport trashed its handles. My moms apartment is tiny and hard to not bump a four wheeled walker into the wall. The singular wheel creates a more focused and secure direction. Highly recommend and it cleans very easily

Product not supported by manufacturer - Steer clear.
Product arrived with a manufacturing error from the factory. The telescopic handlebars are left/right specific, but were reversed at the factory. It positioned the grips to the inside vs the outside, creating a very unstable device. I reversed the handlebars to show how the should be positioned for stability, but the ergonomically shaped grips and brake levers are now reversed, uncomfortable and dangerous braking. I would have switched the grips and brake levers from bar to bar, but the grips are on permanently. Amazon said 'contact the manufacturer'. The manufacturer said 'contact Amazon. We don't support consumers.' Amazon offered 'Refund or Replacement' but when I requested a return, Amazon said the item was not returnable. This was 1 day after I received the item. Long story short, I had to call Amazon and get a refund. They told me not to return and to dispose of the product. This could easily have been fixed with the manufacturer supplying another set of grips, as I could have cut off the rubber grips, switched the brake levers and installed new grips. But the manufacturer wasn't going to go to that length to support their product. Sad. I'll cut off the grips, switch the brake levers, and install my own 'nicer' bicycle grips. Free walker! Steer clear of this manufacturer. They sell the product to Amazon (who sells and fulfills), but they offer no support whatsoever. Good luck with that business strategy.

I am giving a 5 stars because customer service made this item perfect
I bought this item for someone who was just out of hospital and quite frail. The article arrived with a problem in the handles that could not be attached to the body of the rollador to make it work. The reason I am giving a 5 star to this item is that Amazon was able to quickly ship a new one and the new one works perfectly.
