Hoping for relief

Very noisy - vibrates the whole house. As stated by others, cannot turn infrared on with remote but works manually. Wish you could adjust the vibration to not be as hard. My feet slide off with just socks - need to wear shoes.Bought for foot neuropathy and swelling in feet - not sure it is helping.

Reflexology at a great price with this infrared foot vibrator. It is a quality reflexology appliance with various features . The infra-red light and different levels of speed are specially useful. I am quite happy with my foot machine, use it often and am always delighted with the relief it provides: I use it specially when I have a headache or when my legs are tired. It is worth the price as a reflexology session is around $75. in San Diego.

Not good for neuropathy

I got this for my dad who suffers from neuropathy. If you're getting this for its infrared capabilities like I did, it's not that great. It doesn't cover the whole foot, only part of it. The vibration itself makes his neuropathy much worse too so he can only use the infrared. I'd recommend finding a different product if this is for neuropathy.

Wonderful Product! Love It!!!!

I ordered this for my in-laws who are having poor circulation problems and some issues with arthritic feet. They have not stopped using it since they got it! They both have noticed a considerable difference in how their feet feel with less pain when walking and much better circulation. They have loved it so much that we will be ordering one for us in the near future!

BEWARE!!!

While the massager actually worked great. The construction of it leaves a lot to be desired. After maybe the third use, one of the feet fell off. A bolt inside apparently came off the threading from the vibration. I continued to use it for 4 1/2 month before it now won't turn on. I contacted Ascurion with whom I bought a three-year protection plan and they passed it back to the manufacturer claiming it was still under their warranty. The phone number they provided me with doesn't work. I enjoyed the massager while it worked, but what an ordeal trying to get it repaired.

I already had a similar machine but it would have had to come out of the US and that would have been slower. This wasn't a big wait. It seems to work well.
