This is a nice sturdy box. On my previous box the construction was much thinner. The lock on my old box also gave out after a few years. I like this locking mechanism much better.

I don’t remember being “proud” of my mailbox but I feel proud of this one. lol

I’m seventy-one (5’) and I managed to put this up with a little effort. It turned out level, sturdy, and beautiful. They include everything you need and extra numbers. I highly recommend getting the matching metal post (if you aren’t using the included bracket. I recommend using a treated wood post to fit inside of that (use gloves and a mask when working with that … it’s toxic). Make sure the wood post is level in the hole. Use a mask if you use Quikcrete to make your pole solid (that’s also toxic). After that … I promise you’ll be pleased. Good luck!

This is a top quality mail box. I bought 1 and then 2 more for rental property with some mail theft. 2 thumbs up. Everything about it is excellent. Metal, paint, construction, mail flag, install ease, hardware and keys.

Worth every penny

It has just become common place for scumbag thieves stealing packages. As a result these people are not just taking packages but going through the mailbox as well. As a result I started having all my packages delivered to my job and added this box for my mail. The thing is built like a tank. I just do not want to even give someone the opportunity. I live in one of those neighborhoods where the mail man still walks the beat and drops the mail off at the front door. Scumbags were coming up to houses pretending to knock on the door and going through the mailbox. From the road you can see this thing screams "don't waste your time". If they really want the mail the best option is to pry it off the wall with pry bar and sledge hammer. It has a clip on the inside of the door where is says U.S. Mail to hold outgoing letters. Was on holiday for a week and this thing wasn't even close to being full. My only complaint. The white is like an off white. It did not really look like the same paint color as the amazon picture. I ended up spray painting mine more like the white color in the amazon picture.

Sturdy and easy to install but not secure.

I can stick my hand all the way into the slot and grab the mail so there no point to it locking, it’s not secure.

A MUST TO FIGHT OFF MAIL & IDENTITY THEFT

I kid you not, this is by far the BEST mailbox EVER. So good, I purchased for myself and one one for our tenant. Then I purchased a different model for my parents. I had searched and searched for a sturdy mailbox that wasn't made like a tin can. It comes with 2 keys and I lost one (connected to tile, go figure!) So I called the company and ordering a new key was easy. This was after I took the key to a locksmith and they told me they couldn't reproduce it. It's laser cut and hard copy or pick. What I appreciate most is the customer service and a U.S. company that is family owned. Imagine calling the 800 number and getting a human without the annoying automation that most companies have. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Made in the USA, Solid Mailbox

Very Solid Heavy Box, good keys. This will be as secure as the method you use to attach it to your fence. They do provide some good fasteners and a drill bit and spacers. This is not a wimpy box, it is substancial in nature. I'm Canadian, but I get that MADE IN THE USA means QUALITY!! I think that if you have a solid box for your mail;... trouble may move on to someone who has an accessible box.

Great Mailbox

Excellent mailbox. Lots of positive comments. I like that I can clip letters inside for pickup and my mail is locked and secure. Shipping and delivery was prompt. Definitely recommend
