So glad I bought this, it saves so much time

I’ve bought this 9 months ago and have used it a couple dozen times since then. I like to stock up on meat when it’s on sale or clearance and freeze it. For umpteen years, I used Reynold's freezer paper but it's gotten more expensive, difficult to find, and more than that it's generally a pain in the pass to use. Inevitably, the box broke, the cutter didn't work, or the paper tore. The whole process was arduous and time-consuming. I found myself avoiding having to do it and sometimes had to throw something away. I was wary of buying this cutter and paper because of the price and because I was used to the really thick Reynold's paper and felt like it must be better since it was so thick. This is so much easier to use that I no longer dread and avoid the process. I can cut the paper one-handed most of the time and have had no issues with the cutter being dull. I also have actually been pleased with the fact that the paper is thinner because it's much easier to work with because it's not so stiff and hard to fold. Even if I use more paper, I figure I am actually saving money because of how much paper got wasted and love how much times it saves.

I am very pleased with the meat wrapper I ordered from Amazon. It arrived on time and there were no problems with the items I ordered. And I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to wrap their own meat. I already had an 18 inch wrapper that I also got from amazon and now with this 15 inch wrapper I am able to buy meat while on sale and I also order meat from my local butcher at a tremendous savings cut it myself and then wrap it myself at home. The paper is not very expensive at all and I can freezer wrap it the way I want it done. Next on my list is to purchase a mid range grinder and stop paying over $4.00 a pound for hamburger meat

You won’t regret this purchase.

We started processing our own deer and hogs last year. The most difficult part was keeping up with a roll of butchers paper and cutting it straight. Then trying to the best way to store it. This rack/cutter solved all these problems. It is extremely sturdy, built with thick metal with a good protective layer. Much better quality than I thought it would be given the inexpensive price tag. I can’t find anything to complain about with this product. My family and I are very pleased all aspects of this cutter.

Paper is poor quality.

I really like the cutter, but the paper supplied is much thinner than my other freezer papers. I should have just bought the LEM cutter and supplied my own paper. Basically, I paid too much for the combo wince the paper is pretty much worthless for my use.

Excellent cutter for wrapping

Absolutely one of the best piece of processing/packing pieces I have bought. Like all of my LEM products this works very well and if you do your butchery and grinding this is a must have.

Perfect for a professional job at home

Allows for one handed use when wrapping meat. Sturdy and works flawlessly when packaging meat that needs wrapping for the freezer. Good quality and I’m impressed, but shouldn’t be surprised…... It’s made in the USA

So worth the price....

Wow! For the price this was much better then I expected. Easy to assemble, I had to put a bit of epoxy on the foot pads as they kept popping off but that may have not put them on right... It is so easy to use and fits easily in my cupboard.
