Small and bright flashlights

Bought one from Walmart 2 years ago for $13. Nice small and bright flashlight. Unlike most, it uses a single supplied CR123 Lithium-ion battery instead of the usual alkaline 3 AAAs. It's still bright like new. Looked on Walmart website to get another one, but they are out of stock. This 2 pack was all I could find, but the price was less per flashlight. I recommend it because alkaline batteries leak eventually but this battery will never get corroded. This is true of all metal hydride and lithium batteries. It's a good price for a bright and trouble-free flashlight.

Nice but have a battery handy

A bright light in a compact package...helps aging eyes see into the corners of things. Batteries are expensive and when one dies it dies all at once. Have an extra one handy.

Bright but very hot

These heat up to a level that could burn you severely. They are compact and bright but the heat is very concerning.

Overall Would Not Recommend

Pros: The beam is nice and bright. Cons: These get almost worryingly hot, to the point that it hurts to hold them after mere minutes. Add to that - you have to buy a specialty battery size which then dies super quickly - and I'd definitely opt for a different flashlight choice.

These are perfect for us. We live in the mountains with lots of wildlife. These give us plenty of light to search for those animals before we go out the back door(toward the woods). Great quality.

Only 1 worked properly!

Received two flashlights, one worked good as expected and the other only maybe 25% brightness, very strange. Called amazon and gave me the number to check with the manufacturer, so will see what they say about the defective flashlight.....Would be 5 stars if both worked....
