Perfect fit 2003 xr100r
Perfect fit for my 2003 xr100r. Propane torch on hub, pounded out small side first then large side. Froze the new bearings in my deepfreezer for a couple hours. Heated small side then put in the small first, tapped in with small piece of wood went in easily. I did small side first as it has a seat for the spacer shaft. Cooled the hub on small side with water to lock small bearing in. Then heated big side of hub and tapped in the bearing enough to sit deep enough for the dust cover. Tip, fill the hub with grease and spacer with grease and lightly greace the bearing races. Will help displace water if it gets in.
