SO FUN!!! But.... so hard to fill with water.
We made with with 4, 6 and 8 year old cousins. They had SO much fun. They needed a little adult help but did it mostly on their own until the gluing and filling with water. It is SO hard to fill with water! The funnel doesn't work. The water won't go down the funnel due to the air pressure. I used a little medicine dropper and that worked great at first until I realized that due to the air pressure, it was breaking the seal on the glue. I ended up using the dropper to fill them, but had to hold it at an angle to let air escape as the water went in. Very time consuming, but it worked and the kids love their snow globes. I recommend using hot glue to seal them instead of just what comes with the kit though. I also wish the company had 2 holes in the bottom, one for filling with water and one for letting the air escape and then just have plugs for them both. I think this would make filling them SO much easier.

Cute, hasn't leaked, glitter leaves something to be desired.
I'd give it 5 stars if it worked better for the reason people want water globes - to shake it and see the snow/glitter swirl around. I'm amazed at how well and easily the clay sticks, and it hasn't leaked at all. But the glitter sticks to the clay in the amount of time it takes the glue to seal in order to add water. I recommend putting the glitter on the globe part and not the bottom clay and holding it upside down while the glue dries. And even then, maybe adding a different material for the "snow." But it is fun to make and holds up really well, just not as much fun to shake as a typical water globe.

Super Fun
My 9 year old and I enjoyed making a holiday scene in our snow globe. Everything you needed was included. They give you the primary colors and white to make any color you want with the clay. The glue held everything well. I added extra glitter and glycerin to make the snow move slower and I read reviews that there wasn’t enough snow. Adding water was a challenge due to the air not escaping as you add water. We had to tap the globe constantly to get the air bubbles out as we added water. Next time I would add the water and glitter to the dome and put the scene on top of it then seal it. Also the glitter stuck to the clay. We only made one but look forward to making the other two.

made for a fun afternoon
We had a fun afternoon making these, everything takes longer to dry then indicated, but it all works and is pretty fun for an inside rainy afternoon craft.

Grandson had fun with this
The pic on box shows 3 globes. It looks like it comes with all the figures in the pic but it’s only 3 figures. The rest we have to make out if the included clay. Good thing my grandson is talented in clay because I am not :). It is a fun project, but the wait time to dry clay & more wait time to dry glue may not work for younger kids.

Such A Cute Craft
Bought these for my sons to create over their Holidays. They were so much fun to create, the directions were easy to understand, and there were enough products included in the box to easily complete all 3 globes!

Fun Christmas craft.
To get in the spirit of the holiday I ordered this to do with my kids. It did not disappoint. Some parts are a little difficult so younger kids may need help but it was fun to do.

Fun to make but not enough clay
It was fun to make, but there’s really only enough clay and glitter for 2 snow globes. Luckily I only have 2 kids. We made them awhile ago and haven’t had any issues with leaking.

So Fun, but you need to use some of your own materials for it to work!
This was super fun and make AMAZING GIFTS, but here are some tips I used to make it work: 1. The glitter provided is way too fine so I ended up using my own glitter (fine + bigger star shaped ones). The provided glitter was way too fine and made the water look murky. 2. Use waterproof gorilla glue + the glue provided to glue the figures/clay sculptures down. The seahorse fell inside the globe after shaking it hard when I used just the glue provided. 3. To prevent leakage, I gorilla glued (waterproof!) the cap down and waited for it to dry completely before adding the water, once secured, I used the glue provided and put it around the rim where the top connected with the bottom. 4. Added some glycerin with the water for the glitter to float around and not just sink to the bottom. 5. I tilted the globe upside down and poured in the glitter then the water, the instruction said to pour the glitter in first on the clay before sealing the cap but I found that much of the glitter stuck to the clay. 6. There isn't enough clay provided to make the base (unless you use all 4 colours provided equally, which I did not) 7. I tried it with oven-bake polymer clay figurines (picture 2) and it went really well!

Cute, but hard to put lid on
Super cute set, but we could not get the dome lids onto the bases for the life of us. On of them ended up with a crack so we cannot fill with water. The other two still have not been finished.

Great product!
This was lots of fun to do! The kids loved it. I did have to do most of the mixing of the clay for them but that wasn’t a big deal. We made them months ago and they still look cute.

Great for young kids
This was a hit with the girls I babysit. They wanted to use it right after opening and there is no leakage so far from the globes!
