good product

The material is good. Works well as a water-resistant as well as a wind-cheater. It has a particular smell though. Until now, I am not sure if it will disappear.

My Second Skin! LOVE IT.

I LOVE this jacket. I saw it at a clothes store that is famous for marking up items, then put them, "on-sale" for us. LOL It was listed at (COUGH) $150 and, "marked down" to about $60. They only had it in triple large. I felt the material, and it was like nothing I ever felt, (polypropylene) so I looked it up here. I got it from here, in an extra-large for 38 bucks! I couldn't believe it! As for rain-proofing, it is fantastic! I got home with it, held my arm under the sink, ran the water on it and not one drop formed on the inside. I STRONGLY recommend this jacket! It is a great wind-breaker as the wind doesn't pass through it. For 50 degrees or so, where something thin under it and you will be fine. LOVE the Orange with white accents! :-) You could get it one size larger, and use this to protect that really expensive one for your night on the town.

This is a great jacket, but it is sized one size too small

I am 6 ft tall, weigh 212 lbs and have broad shoulders. For many years (decades, actually) I have worn a size XL in shirts, jackets, sweaters, vests and sports coats. However, when I ordered this item in XL it was too small (tight), with little room for additional clothing underneath like a sweater or even a shirt. When I ordered a size XXL it turned out to be almost—but not quite—too large, so I ordered a second one in XXL and am very happy with both of the XXL jackets (I returned the XL versions). I deducted one star because of the sizing issue, and because I would prefer a hidden hood rather than one that is so large and obtrusive. However, for the money this jacket meets my needs.

Great Rainjacket for my son

My college senior loves this. He has been using this for his summer job at the golf course and has also talked about having it for this school year. He says he has received many compliments on the jacket.

Looks great!

I bought this for my fiance who is a car salesman. He loves it! The material is that newer waterproof type and not like the older rubber raincoats of the past. True to size.

rain rain go away

I'm not as die hard as some of the other reviewers. I have not put the jacket under water of any sort. I'll wait for the surprise in the rain. But the jacket fits perfectly and looks nice. Can't be beat for the price. As long as it holds up to being water resistant. Listing does say waterproof, but jacket says water resistant.

Snug but Wearable

Very well made. I normally take a large, but based on other reviews, I went for the medium. At 5'10" and 173 lbs, it's a bit snug but wearable. Beyond that, no complaints.
