It kills tree rats

I buy the heaviest in the caliber. Heavy penetrates better than light weight when the medium is tissue/flesh. They have an occasional flyer, as all do in a standard Ruger break barrel air gun.

Needs Some Quality Control

I purchased this product because I ran out of Gamo Red Fire and read that anything 10 gr or higher would be good for pest control. Well, these lack consistency. First off, they are coated with some kind of paint. Some of the pellets have drips from the paint that causes them to not shoot straight. Second off, I found 3 different types of pellets in the same tin. Lastly, the weight of the pellets. This part is my fault for going with what I read about 10 gr or higher pellets. They are ok at around 15 to 20 yards, anything less or anything more and you'd be lucky if they actually hit what you're shooting at. If I was in a bind and it was between these pellets or some cheap lead ones, I would buy these again, but I'm going to stick with Red Fire pellets.

Match the ammo with the rifle and be happy

If you have a GAMO rifle? You want this ammo! This stuff hits as hard as the heavy stuff does it has no problem penetrating steel cans at 17 yards. Both sides keeps keeps on going.

Inconsistent sizes

Not the best. The size of pellets vary too much for my liking. I feel the inconsistent sizes are contributing to the inaccuracy I'm experiencing. I won't buy these again.

Quite as name suggests

This is a nice precision manufactured pellet that is quite as the name suggests. Compared back to back with a lighter weight pellet, the whisper laced the crack of the standard pellet. I plan to order more, but the exorbitant price is disappointing.
