No obnoxious odor like spray clear coat.

I appreciate how dragonfly gives the piece a burnished look and feels more like a canvas than paper. The glaze is not tacky either to the touch or the perception. I don't use it for each piece but after a few you will get which ones will benefit from the process. Be sure to use several coats a couple hours apart for the best coverage.

Beautiful sparkle

I am in love with this paint! I am repainting my fairy village and it adds just a touch of sparkle and depth. Goes over any color and adds radiance to it. Highly recommend.

I love this glaze to finish the stones that I paint. There are several different colors with flecks of sparkle. It dries to a really pretty sheen and bits of sparkle through it. love it

Effect is subtle

Based on the photos, I was expecting a much more dramatic effect, but it’s very subtle and only really noticeable in certain light. I put 4 coats over a wooden ornament painted teal blue, hoping to get a closer match to the photos on the post but no. Still, it does add a nice little shimmer effect and looks cool when the light hits it, so I would recommend it but just don’t expect it to be like the photos, the effect is more like a very fine glitter over your piece. I am guessing to match the photos, you’d have to put it over their color shifting or metallic paint maybe? It does brush on evenly and dries fairly quickly and isn’t tacky to the touch once fully dry, so the quality is good.

I love using this to add a little pop to my artwork.

I used this with my neon paints to add sparkle to dragon fly wings and also to add a glimmer to white sheer curtains. I am thinking of using this and some of the other colors more often. I am wondering what else folk art offers as far as paints.....I can't wait to try it on my Holiday Art.

This is a totally GORGEOUS topcoat for your projects, it looks best over dark colors, but does add to any color you chose. You won’t be disappointed ❣️❣️

Just glaze

Wife ordered a bottle recently and I just opened to use and the full spectrum is non existent. I go through a lot of the draganfly glaze as I sell items in a bunch of souvenir shops. So much for the emergency order.

Lovely sparkly finish.

The dragonfly glaze leaves a nice sparkly finish on my painted rocks. It’s a little more subtle than I would like for some of my rock painting projects but a second or third coat can fix that. The medium looks white when applied but it dries to a nice clear finish. I seal my rocks with Art Resin to give a nice shiny finish and seal them.

Beautiful and an absolute game changer.

This is a game changer! I love it so much. I used it on my Dragon sculpture and it elevated it to the next level. It is not like your standard glitter paint - you need to take your time to do a nice thin coat to get the best results. Then if you need more add another thin layer. There were other reviews that noted it stayed Pearly - they are not wrong if it clumps. Take your time to put it on your piece and it will be well worth it. Only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to find the other colors they are sold out everywhere. I looked in various online stores and local craft stores and I cannot find them. I would love to have this added to my collection of paints and glazes, but I'll need to be patient.

Beautiful and versatile

This glaze is glorious! One coat is subtle, I'm using it to add a halo around the moon in a resin piece. 2 coats or more are beautiful changing shimmers. Will use with mylar flakes on my faux opals. I'm really happy with it.
