Do NOT STICK!

I would have given this product five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the reason I gave it 4/5 is because they DON'T STICK WELL! I suffer from awful migraines (medication induced) recently. I am on my 3rd week of a weight loss injection (Wegovy) and that is what's causing it. No medications, or anything would help to reduce them. They were so horrible that I couldn't eat, talk, or even close my eyes. The only thing that did help was when I tried a wet cold washcloth laying on my head, which I tried in desperation. Within moments of the cold touch, I could close my eyes almost instantly, and was finally able to relax some. However, the cloth didn't stay cold for longer then 10-15 mins & the pain would resume. I found myself having to get up and soak the cloth in cold water multiple times. After that, I was searching for a cooling cloth for migraines on Amazon, and this product came up. After thoroughly reading the reviews, and comparing them to similar products, I decided to try these! THEY DEFINITELY WORK! They are cooler then the cloth, and help the pain & are stated to stay cold for 8 hrs! (Not sure about that, as I've only had this on for about 2 hrs) They are large enough to cut in half, & you can double the quantity in doing so! My migraines are always on my left side of my head, above my left eye, so cutting it in half works perfectly for me, as I don't need it covering all of my head. The only CON about these is they don't stick well, but if you use bandage medical tape on the edges of the patch, it works great! Thanks for a great product that works!

Use for Kids

My 10 year old suffers from migraines and I hate getting him pills, he says this does help alot, when it just starting out. Dont stay on too well in his sleep but that kinda a given

These fall off so easy. The cool sensation is okay for pain relief but I could use frozen peas for the same result

Just okay

These patches give a menthol-type cooling sensation, but it’s not even close to being a replacement for an ice pack. I’m a chronic migraine sufferer, and I need the insanely cold ice packs to literally numb the pain. In that respect, these did nothing for me. I could see this possibly offering relief if I just had a minor, everyday-type headache though. ????????‍♀️ Also, I had this positioned on the side of my forehead so that it was partially on my temple. The sides would not stay in place!! I was having to constantly press the edges back down, which was extremely annoying.

Migraines

These work great. I have been using them for over a decade now. I’ve gotten other people to use them as well and they loved it. It cools your head down and gives you a soothing relief.

Beautiful Respite from Chronic Migraine

Preface: I have a constant migraine and nothing helps. While this product didn't magically solve my problem, it did give me some rare relief from the pain while I was wearing it and let me get some actual sleep. For me, that is a huge win. My mother also used this and said that it took away her migraine. Also a big win. Also, no sticky residue afterward! The thing stayed on very well and came off cleanly when I was done with it.

Stayed in place.

I am a migraine suffer and the benefit of an icy cold towel on my pounding head does wonders so I thought I’d give this a try as it says it stays in place whereas the towel obviously does not. It does stay in place. It’s comfortable. Blue cushiony gel with little to no odour. Easy to appeal (peel and stick) but the think that I don’t like is the sensation. It literally felt like it was burning my skin for about 20 minutes then it barely felt cool. So the last for 8 hours isn’t my experience. I’m going back to my icy cold towels.

For me, a waste of money

These are ok. They don’t stick well amd they aren’t cold really. Just weird sensation. Didn’t care for these.

Great for a drug free way to get rid of a headache

If you get migraines and want a drug free way to feel relief these are great. They cool you down and take the focus off the pain in your head. You can wear them for hours and by the time the cold feeling has worn off yiur migraine will be gone or the pain significantly reduced. I highly recommend these for headaches.

Amazing!!!!

Amazing! I cannot believe how well these worked. I went from a violent migraine where I was almost to the point of getting sick, to completely manageable and able to get stuff done! I did as directed and took my medication along with using the patch and it worked so much more quickly than usual!

I purchased these to use when I get migraines instead of trying to keep a face cloth cold or using an ice pack and I will honest I was not expecting much. I was surprised at how well they works they stay cool but don’t get to cold and are easy to apply and remove. Only issue is that sometimes I find that the gel has a fake artificial smell that can be a bit unpleasant when you first put them on but it fades quickly.
