Does come with hardware.

Unlike some of the reviews for these hangers. This did come with the hardware required to install(2 small screws) and both were stainless steel. Even if yours doesnt just go to your local hardware store and find the right size thats stated on there website. duhh come on guys, great product original oem and the same part that came of the my bike new.

WARNING: HARDWARE NOT INCLUDED AS STATED

Description clearly states hardware included. No hardware was included. Will have to go direct to manufacturer now for that and pay extra to get the hardware shipped quickly for an upcoming event. On another note, this is my second 199 Hanger through this manufacturer. The previous part, while light, is very fragile, just a heads-up.

Wheels Mfr is a reputable company. Product was correct and came with mounting hardware.

Almost perfect!

The derailleur hanger fits my 2014 Cannondale CAADX great! However I had to reuse the old screws because the ones that came with this order had socket heads instead of countersunk heads. This could be a problem if you order this part and need new screws as well. I've submitted feedback to Wheels Mfg about it.
