Ideal for floating in a pool

This Big Joe lounger is great for floating in the pool. It seems to be made more for the lighter weight people to start with but if you remove some of the beans it adjusts to get more comfortable. Although you need the beans keep afloat so I would not recommend for heavy weight people. My husband could not sit in it and he weighs 240 while I’m comfortable in it at 150. Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing the Big Joe Lounger!!????

Best Pool Floats!

Best pool floats! So comfortable. You can adjust the beads so that you can sit up or lay flat. Great for use out of the pool as well. Was looking at ledge loungers when I found these. Much better price, quick shipping and excellent quality. I would buy from them again.

For the money it should be more sturdy

I love big Joe pool floats, we have 4. I bought the lazy lounger for my husband. If they would double stitch the stress points it would be so much better. I’ve had to stitch up the seam on a couple of our floats. They have bean bag filling that comes out of weak spots in the stitching. I think for the money they should be better made.

Cheap Zippers!

I just purchased two of these and used them for the first time yesterday. Each section is filled with Styrofoam pellets and held in place by zippers, 2 per section. Well after less than 30 minutes of use, my pool filled with tiny Styrofoam balls less than the size of a pea. It took an hour to clean the mess up. The two zippers gave out on one of the leg supports. I now have to figure a way to get them back into the chair and I am using thread and needle to back up all the zippers so this never happens again. I wish I had taken a video, today it is almost laughable the mess that was made.

Not for everyone

The Big Joe pool mattress is great but not so much this chair. It may be fine for some people of a certain size but it certainly does not work for a plus sized man. The beads in the chair seem to accumulate in the back allowing for the arms to sink so you end up in the water, face first. It would be better if the chair had bladders that would keep the beads where they should be.

Could be perfect!

Durable, great colors and decent texture. I feel it pushes me to far forward causing it to be uncomfortable. However that could be because I’m 5’5”. My taller friends think it’s great.
