"Customer Service" is a dangerous scam
This product seems to be of good enough quality and pretty much works as advertised. However, the owner's manual is minimal in the information it provides, and I could not determine how to use the three different lenses. I contacted their customer service via email only to find they would not answer my question, and were phishing for information. In the last email exchange they wanted to know my order number, order identity, tracking number, E-mail address for placing orders, phone, payment number, payment ID, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the payment credit card, name of recipient, and user ID. No joke.

Excellent Very Useful Tool
This is a high-quality device with nice features (some obvious, some subtle). The cable is durable while also being pliable enough to hold a given shape or navigate any small space that it’s fed through. The end has 3 cameras (1 on each opposing side and one at the tip) that you can switch between at will. This allows you to find the optimum view of your subject. The cameras are of course also lit and the brightness can be adjusted between 3 levels. The kit also comes with optional hook and magnet attachments for the tip that are very useful for not only locating otherwise-impossible-to-reach objects but also retrieving them. These attachments come stored in a small tube, which I used as an object for the tool’s initial test. After placing the tube of accessories in to a sealed box, I snaked the cable through an opening that would allow the cable to pass through while not allowing any light, and then attempted to find the accessories. I was able to find them quickly and take very clear photos as shown in this review. The camera/cable is waterproof and has a generous length (16.5 feet) making it perfect for just about any project imaginable. Finding items which have fallen beneath or behind heavy furniture, locating and removing the cause of a drain blockage, finding the source of a leak behind dry wall, checking a car engine for bent valves, bad seals, etc., etc. etc. Having this tool is like having X-Ray vision or being able to shrink yourself down to insect size to explore previously inaccessible areas. The display screen is very clear and allows you to record pictures and videos. It also has a nice kickstand, and locks the cable to the display case, preventing it from detaching and falling down a pipe, etc. and becoming difficult to retrieve. The control buttons are intuitive and responsive, the device is lightweight and to top everything off it’s rechargeable, making it always ready to use. I highly recommend this kit.
