IT LEAKS!!!!

It is a beautiful piece for my living room, but it leaks all over my coffee table. I have sent one back and got a free replacement. That one leaks as well. Am I doing something wrong? I hate to send the second one back but I can't stand the leaking.

UPDATING my review--check water level--if too full, won't work! It works great now! Great product.

I previously left a negative review because I thought the diffuser was not working. You have to make sure the water level is UNDER the Max fill line. If it is over the line then it will not work properly. I adjusted the water level and it works GREAT!!! I will be buying more of these!

Didn't Work, Came without Directions

When I opened the package there were no directions, just a pamphlet advertising oils. The switch is on the bottom of the diffuser which is really akward if it's full of water. But, it didn't work at all so had to return. Will replace since I didn't care for the design withe the switch.

COMPLETE AND UTTER TOTAL RIPOFF..!!!

The diffuser only works for 5mins then shuts off.. Its too bad I can't return it now.. I had it in the box too long before I used it.. Utter waste of money

Not worth it

It came a bit damaged. The essential oil sample provided was open and spilled a bit in the package. Also, around the rim of the actual diffuser you can see some damage. For the price, I feel it should've come with a remote, especially to avoid having to awkwardly turn it on and off and charge it by having to lift it up every time since those functions are on the bottom of the diffuser. It turns off when it wants to and constantly needs to be charged, making it so the cordless part doesn't even matter.

First day on the job

Chargeable LI battery makes continued usage easy. Perfect size for office or home. Very happy!

It’s alright

Pretty but scent isn’t very strong and it feels like I’m constantly charging it. Liked it for the cordless feature. I usually love the brand, but this was a miss.

Poor design and it doesn’t always work

The on/off button, light button and charger connection is on the bottom of the unit. Hard NOT to spill the contents. The charger gets really really hot when plugged in, and the unit doesn’t work for very long unless it’s plugged in. This defeats the purpose of having a cordless unit. I love the way it looks though. So pretty.
