Very convenient, simple to cook and clean

I use it to cook stews. I tried the lower setting but the carrots and potatoes don't cook all the way even after 7 hours. The higher setting is what I use and it cooks it thoroughly. I also cook chuck roast which I cut into smaller pieces. It makes them quite tender, but without gravy or sauce the meat is quite dry. It is perfect for 2 people, but since I cook for myself, I eat half and eat the other half the next day. Using liners makes cleaning easy but even the small is too big. Depending on the liner, some will leak more often than others. I buy the ingredients in bulk put them in quart size ziplock bags and put them in the freezer. I take the frozen bag out and empty the contents with bay leaves on the bottom and add about 2 cups of water. I add the stew mix or roux at the end. Essentially set it and forget it

Decent product

The controls are simple. The lid is sufficient though not the best feature. Still the overall quality seems good. I simmered medicinal mushrooms for over 2 hours and they turned out great. It doesn't emit any steam at all but the food cooks very well. I bought this to see if I could utilize a slow cooker, as a sort of test model, in the event I wanted to buy a better one. Worth the low price.

2 Qt. fills right to the brim.

The lid has a very sloppy fit which might account for several reviews reporting it doesn't cook well on low heat setting, which is good to know. It was inexpensive, so I'll keep it. I have a much larger slow cooker for big meals, but this one hopefully will be just right for 2 people.

Nice small slow cooker

I needed a slow cooker for meals that make only 1-2 servings. This fit the bill perfectly. I have used it several times now. The temperature control seems to be very accurate and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Small"ish" slow cooker.

The best appliance in my kitchen. Small enough for two people yet large enough for eight. Heats and cools off quickly. Looks good too!
