Perfect charger

Item as described. Worked perfectly for our dog collar

Prime that took 2 weeks to arrive - broken.

I ordered this as a replacement for one that was chewed on by my dog. I needed this quickly, because recently my dog has not only become Houdini, but has also taken to running away when I try to catch him (he thinks it's a game, and scared a little old women half to death who was walking with her small dog - my Houdini is a German Shepherd, not mean but certainly imposing when he bolts up to you). I have prime, but it still took nearly 2 weeks for this to arrive, which is ridiculous. Not only that, but it came broken. The cord was cut clean in half about 4 inches from the plug. Imagine my despair when I saw this. 2 weeks of waiting for nothing, and a dog that has escaped every possible way (and some I didn't even know he could) and ran merrily up and down the streets for up to an hour before coming home. Thank god my grandpa was an electrician and taught me some tricks. I spent an hour with the wrong tools stripping the wires back, reattaching, and taping them. The makeshift fix worked, and already my dog has re-learned that no matter how he got free, he still needs to come on command. I am very disappointed in this company, though. I love the collar and the ease of use, don't get me wrong, but that was a horror story. I take my dog on walks, but he's a rescue and can get anxious about the strangest things. He's also learned that if he slips his collar he can run - during my few weeks of hell he scared the old woman, nearly was mauled by a pit bull that the owner had to literally half-choke until I could grab my run-away (he went onto their property and the pit had been tied up) and had a close call with a car. I don't think they should advertise their product as prime if it doesn't arrive within that time frame, and they seriously need quality control checks so another obviously broken product doesn't reach someone else in need of it.

I was SO happy to find this with Prime shipping

Works as expected. My last charger failed after about two years of use. I was going to go through E-Collar Technologies to get a replacement; however, I needed it ASAP as we were going on a trip a few days later. I was SO happy to find this with Prime shipping.

Necessary Replacement product for our e collar

Replacement for our original e collar charger. Repeated removal will eventually ruin the plug ins. Hope the e collar lasts longer than the first charger did....
