A huge cutting mat that is easy to assemble and take apart.

Lining up three cutting mats to make one large mat is easy and the lines where the mats join up are seamless. You can cut anywhere all over the mat and you will not know where the mats join together.

Oh, I like this mat!

A couple of years ago I purchased a Dahle cutting mat that was inexpensive. I now know why it was so cheap. It started out ok but, even though it said it was self-healing it wasn't and the top started peeling off! I purchased this one and like it a lot! You can see the healing process in action. The connectors do stick up but, as another reviewer said, painter's tape does the trick. I wish I would have saved the money from my other mat and just gone straight for this one (that awful Dahle mat has been relegated to my crafting knife only). Update: Got it last April and it's now December 2020. The mat is still going strong. It continues to heal. The painter's tape didn't keep the two sections together so I got double sided stretch tape and use that - which also makes it stay put on my table as well. Update: December 2021 - Still absolutely love these cutting mats. I'm still on the first pieces of double sided stretch tape and nothing has moved on the table. The mat clips have been delegated to the trash. It's barely showing any wear and I sew several days per week. The only thing I wish the mats had were inch markings along the edges of each mat. It would be EXTREMELY helpful. Update: September 2022 - Still lovin' the mats. They are just now starting to barely show use after 2 years of constant use (I sew several days per week). I've found rubbing industrial foam over the top of the mats help to get thread and lint out of any nicks, just do it before they don't have a chance to heal. Still on the first pieces of double sided stretch tape.

It is not one piece. Seems to be very expensive for what you get.

Received only one of 3 pieces.

I have used this product before and it is worth having. I gave one star only for "value for money" because I paid for the 3 piece option and only received one. There was to be connecting mat clips with it and they weren't their either. Olfa mat is a good product and I would recommend it. However it may depend WHERE you order from. Update to this review: I returned this product to Amazon. They made it very easy to do so. And replaced it complete a couple of weeks later. I am very pleased. Thank you Amazon.

Like the mat but didn't receive the clasps

I like the mat but didn't receive the clasps so the mats move around making measurements incorrect. I have been looking for a way to contact OLFA but have had a hard time figuring out how to reach support. Bummed since this is a $150 product.

You won’t regret buying this

I had my doubts when I first got it because it seemed thinner than the mats I’m used to but boy was I wrong. Within a few hours of set up and working with it the easily became my favorite cutting mat. Won’t budge fits perfectly on my table clear easy to read numbers and lines. My life is infinitely easier with this.

My fault but disappointed

I wish I had read a little further than the size. I had a 30"x72" mat that was great. When that bit the dust, I needed to replace it. Saw this size and ordered it not realizing it came in 3 sections. The clips look as if they will snag on fine material and cause pattern cutting issues but we will see. I have a very large project to complete so we will see how it does and I may update my review later.

Just OK

I wasn't expecting it to come in three pieces, although for the size of it I guess it almost would have to. I really don't like the way it secures to the table. All in all I think its a good product, it's just me and what I had in my head it would be like.

Three separate pieces by 36”

Did not like that it is three separate sheets initially but they do join together almost seamlessly. My wife uses it for cutting material for quilting. She is very happy with it so far.
