Not made like they used to

I miss the padded handles where the word "Farberware" once was. I could tell these DIDN'T have them by the pictures and ordered them anyways - but still miss that quality that was once part of that line.

Epic Fail, NOT!—A Revised Review

In all fairness, I need to revise my original review, seen below. Since we have been using these baking sheets, they seem to have "settled down." The warping we experienced has gone away. Perhaps the forming process established stresses that became annealed in repeated heat/cool cycles; don't really know. Bottom line: these sheets are just fine now, performing as they should—still a good buy. [Original review]: We ordered two of these. If they were not so inexpensive, we would send them back. Why? They warp like crazy in the oven, so much so that they are pretty much useless. We first tried them with a recipe for oven-fried latkes [...]. Put them into a fairly hot 425 F oven, each with the required cooking oil, to heat up before putting in the shredded potato patties. Upon opening the oven, we found both pans so warped they were just about to spill the hot oil onto the oven floor. At room temperature, the pans settled back to flat. We just tried them again, this time at a more moderate baking temperature, 350F. Same thing (minus the hot oil, of course): warped in the heat, back to flat at room temperature. If the car develops an oil leak, say, the pans will be useful. Maybe useful when I need to muck out the bathroom sink drain. This product probably has a many uses--just not the one you might buy it for. CPOC, fer shur.

Wrong dimensions!

"Product Dimensions" listed are "19.78 x 1 x 12.18 inches." Obviously wrong for an 11 x 17 pan. The true flat baking surface dimensions are 10 5/8 x 16 3/4 inches. I needed a true 17 inch length to use as a catch tray under a drill press with a cast iron base. This steel pan nor my cast iron will yield without modifications. Quality, otherwise, seems fine.

Works well, but eventually looks funky.

This is a good cookie sheet, and I still use it to catch the dripping from pizzas in the oven, but it has gotten funky looking after many uses. I'd buy it again. It probably works better for cookies than what I use it for.

Just what I needed.

I love these cookie sheets. The only down fall was they got dented on the side during delivery. I decided to keep them because the dents don't interfere with how they work.

Great Buy!

I was so glad that I treated myself to these cookie sheets. At first I thought they would be an addition to the sheets I had but they were so superior that now the other sheets will be roasting pains.

Long lasting, Good quality

Our previous set lasted 25 years. Was pleased to see the are exactly same as our previous pans. Confident we will get the same use out of this set.
