Warm and comfortable

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. They are warm, comfortable, not itchy and they wash up nice and keep their shape. He is 5’8” and weighs 135-140lbs. I bought a small and they fit fine.

This is all one needs

I'm a poor-as-dirt, disabled vet, biker. All I own is my Harley. My bike is used for my grocery shopping, doctor visits, trips to get my meds, PGR missions, and once in a great while to visit what few friends I have. This means that I ride *all year long*, in any weather. I've been soaked in the summer from riding in rainstorms I could barely see 30 feet in front of me through. I've ridden in hail storms, sleet, you name it, I've been in it and that includes outrunning a tornado to get away in the opposite direction of the thing. I also ride in winter, in the day or night. I've ridden in 18 degrees F. Before I found these longhandles, I had the old timey, true and trusted cotten longhandles. They were 'ok' at best against the cold. I always had to bundle up so much I could barely ride the motorcycle. With these now, I can wear my jeans and chaps and my legs don't even get a goosebump! I do have heated gear now - a jacket *liner* and glove *liners* - and those keep my core temperature warm enough I can ride all day and night in 18 degrees. I couldn't do that without these new longhandles. The wool is the secret, always has been *THE* best way to stay warm (other than heated gear of course). If you ride, or just like to camp or whatever in the cold, these will *NOT* disappoint you in keeping your legs warm even if just sitting. Best money I've spent along with the heated gear.

sizing and value

This winter season, I've tried out about 3-4 different long john brands, and by far these made by the Indera/Coldpruf company have been the best for price/value. I'm about 6'1 with a 33 waist, slightly athletic, and for some reason most long john have good length but poor hip/waist measurement. For these, the length was a little big, but the waist size was almost perfect. And given the quality of materials, the price for me( about $35) was a STEAL. Try to find ANY long johns with a decent quality wool blend for less than $50, it's not happening. I can highly recommend these for -10-0 degree Celsius weather.

100% natural fibers wool and cotton = comfort!

I love these so much, I've just ordered a 2nd pair. I personally think these are an excellent value, PARTICULARLY when you consider the price $$. As far as sizing is concerned... I have absolutely no issues - they fit exactly as I would expect.

Es buena manufactura y te mantiene a buena temperatura, sólo que la talla es muy grande del encuarte y ancho de la pierna, peso 95kgs y pedí large y está todo grande en general.

Soy talla 9 de hombre y las compré en talla grande, pero me quedaron un poco flojas, la ventaja es que encogieron un poquito después de lavarlas y secarlas en secadora. Ayudan bien a que no sudes y te mantienen caliente a pesar de fuertes fríos como los de Noruega.
