Works fine.. The job it's designed for sucks!

I saw a lot of reviews saying this was for Moen faucets. I ran into this gadget looking for Sloan recessed aerator removal tool. The faucet I had to remove the aerator from is a goosenecked, automated medical faucet and where I work/ live has ridiculously hard water. So, once I got the gadget, it worked. But, trying to get a look from underneath and getting the aerator to start moving took a lot of contortion. I also used CLR to get some of the crud off of the threads. And remember whenever you're removing an aerator,' lefty-loosey' is from the perspective of under the faucet. So, turn right. I hate plumbing.

A perfect fit for Moen kitchen faucet spray head

After trying various tools, spanners and wrenches in my garage and searching Google & YouTube, including the Moen website, I found a link to this item and it fits my Moen spray head aerator like it was made for it. My particular spray head has a raised center section that prevents the use of anything that stretches across the center of the spray head. This tool allowed quick and easy removal of the aerator for cleaning with absolutely no damage to the spray head. It is perfect for the job.

It is difficult to get enough leverage to loosen aerators that are calcified.

Moen perfect

This is perfect for removing the face from Moen kitchen sprayer. Couldn't get anything to work and we're going to buy a whole new spray. Thank goodness for this item, we don't now

Perfect for a Moen Pull Out Faucet

I have a Moen pull-out faucet and wanted to replace the aerator. The original installer did not leave the key behind. The big-box hardware stores didn't have the correct key. I wrote to Moen customer service, asking how I can get a key. They told me that the faucet is not meant to have just the aerator replaced and that I would have to get a new, full spray head. Then I got this tool, and for a total cost of $6.00, I could replace the aerator. This is way less expensive than getting a new spray head. BTW, the tool is not made of brass and the company doesn't advertise it as brass. "T&S Brass" is the name of the vendor.

Fits moen

Fit perfect for a Moen Kaden #87966srs pull down kitchen faucet. Aerator was very tight , had to put crescent wrench on key to break loose. Key held up fine.

Worked perfectly on my Moen pull down faucet

I took a chance on the tool not knowing if it will fit my Moen pull-down kitchen faucet. It was a pleasant surprise that it fits perfectly. The key is made of stainless steel, very solid. This $10 item saved me from having to call a plumber or to buy a new faucet head.
