SOLID PRODUCT
The reason I bought this platform truck is to carry heavy 12V lead acid batteries. I had enough of actually caring them from the car to the store or to a client's vehicle. Tires are heavy duty and strong frame. The only thing in the manufactures website it claims that unit is made in USA, but actually it's made in China. You have to assemble it yourself as well lube parts of the handle where it folds. to avoid material wear.

Disappointing fit and finish; Poor packaging
I had high expectations for a high priced platform truck and I was disappointed by what I received. This product has good quality materials but little attention was paid to quality control. The deck skirting had sharp corners that that flared up on the platform deck and posed a serious risk for personal injury and damage to cargo. I was able to drive the corners back down with a hammer and punch fairly easily. There were machine marks around a couple of the tapped holes for mounting the casters where the drill or tap had walked across the surface. While attaching the wheels to the truck; one of the tapped mounting holes stripped out with minimal force used on the wrench. The heavy casters were essentially thrown on top of the platform with a loose piece of thin styrofoam packing. The casters moved and bounced during shipment, denting and scarring the surface of the platform. The damage was cosmetic enough for me to forgo complaining and demanding a replacement since I will probably dent and scar the platform from use shortly. The truck was double boxed but the manufacturers inner box showed signs of heavy wear and friction which leads me to believe that much of the damage occurred before boxing and shipment to me.
