Loud horn! Nice SS grill cover. No screws or instructions.

Very loud horn for it's tiny size. Much louder than the stock that came on my boat. There is no installation instructions or cutout sheet so that made it more difficult to install. The cutout size I used was 3.5" x 2" and then file as needed. I've seen photos of how others have done it and the photos of the horn installed on the inside doesn't look right. I believe the horn should be installed from the outside with the foam screen that blocks water also on the outside. Then, the SS grill goes over the foam to form a water tight seal. As mentioned, there are no screws and you will need to provide your own. I used SS 3/4" #8 self-tapping screws which fit perfect on the countersink grill.

Excellent Exact Replacement for SeaRay Horn

This appears to be an exact replacement for the horn on my 2010 SeaRay 175 Sport. It is important that you know the connector type your boat uses when replacing this horn as you don't want to have to mess with cutting and replacing connectors. Fortunately, this horn comes with two snap on options. The socket connector (y-connector) was the exact match for my boat. Also, the grille on the horn is stainless, not flimsy plastic. If you are replacing this on a boat, I recommend that you go with this complete unit (horn + grille) as often times the fabric behind the grille will have degraded. The fabric keeps debris and water spray from entering the horn. In my case the replacement took about 5 mins. Final note, this horn is a FIAMM with FIAMM model numbers, etc. for all parts. So in other words, your getting a quality horn from Seachoice. I knocked 1 star for price as it appears a little high.

Easy drop in replacement for my 2008 Sea Ray 350 Sundancer

The sound that comes out of this isn't anything to write home about but I just needed a horn to replace the one that was on my 2008 Sea Ray 350 Sundancer. This was a perfect drop in replacement which took all of 10 minutes to swap out. This included grill, horn, a couple of plug adapters, and the membrane. Keep your original screws because you'll need them. The 2008-2009 Sea Ray 350 Sundancer is the same boat as the 2010+ Sea Ray 370 Sundancer so the horn should work on those boats too.

Horn works well

Would be good if there was a template to facilitate the cutting to fit. I had to make my own, other than that works very well.

Missing Installation Hole Template

Horn works as advertised. The biggest product improvement would be to supply a hole cut out template on the back side of the package or on the back side of the instructions for easier installation vs creating a template, guessing and a lot of sanding of the opening to make it fit.

Excellent replacement horn

Great replacement horn for my 2008 Searay 18.5 sport. Sounds good and fit perfect (horn and cover). Screws were not included though
