Bad Quality & Sevice

I'm typically a "make due" kind of person but this whole situation was not ok. First of all, I purchased a knock off version of these (not realizing what they were, just thought they were cute) YEARS ago for $5. I wear them ALL the time. They are starting to look ragged but still have life! I hadn't been able to find a replacement pair and asked a local Moms group and was told about Bernie Mev. Not excited to pay $50 but totally willing to for an even better version, I did. Within the first week of wearing them (maybe an hour a day) the top started to NOTICEABLY pull from the soles. So I requested a trade in. I packaged them back exactly as I'd received them and returned them barely worn but falling apart to a local Kohls. I quickly received the replacement shoes which were literally just tossed into an Amazon box along with other item orders and they were two sizes too small. Like I said, not typically one to complain but what even is that? They didn't even come packaged properly. Absolute CRAP. I'm so disappointed. I can't find the knock offs anywhere and the shoes that are the "original" are crap quality and the customer service is even worse. I'll just keep searching and never purchase this brand again.

Deceptive advertising of Seller

This review is directed towards seller. Bernie Mev shoes are generally quite comfortable and it is the reason I purchase them. The seller has advertised the size of this product as being 9.5-10. There is no size called 9.5-10. Those are two different sizes, either one's foot size is 9.5 or 10. I thought it was odd but since I indicated 10. I thought that is what I'd be sent. Apparently I was sent 9.5. Shoes are way too tight. Just wore them yesterday and toes were in such pain I nearly twisted my ankle trying to change my gait in a painful attempt to find relief. I am outraged. I loved these shoes so much that I purchased 3 of the same style last time I purchased. I am outraged at this deceptive move.

Comfort and style

This is my sixth pair. I absolutely love these shoes especially this model. I get so many complements every time I wear them. This is both comfortable and stylish.

Love my Bernie Mevs

This is the second time I’ve bought these shoes. My older ones are several years older and I just wanted a fresh pair. I’ve never had a pair of Bernie Mevs that I didn’t love.

Fab travelling/walking shoes

Comfortable as slippers walking shoes with a small wedge for people like me who don't like flat shoes. Always wear them when travelling long distance, the elaticated bar ensuring a snug fit when rushing through airports. Tried the imitations but this original Bernie Mev can't be matched!

Son excelentes zapatos para pies que no toleran materiales duros.

Desde que usé el primer par hace años, nunca pude dejar de usarlos. Los uso para toda ocasión. Mis pies están muy lastimados por los años de usar tacones y por mi edad. Los Bernie Mev han sido mi salvación.
