Cheap quality
This thing is garbage considering what you pay for it. I've had a General Pump 50 foot reel in the past that I replaced with this AR model, and, for the same price, the AR reel is significantly lower quality. 1: it doesn't come with a 90 degree elbow on the reel inlet, making inlet hose kinking a risk, 2: it's made out of a THIN metal, especially compared to other brands like GP, 3: it doesn't come with the mounting hardware to mount it on a pressure washer handle/pole, like most other brands, 4: it comes with no instruction nor documentation (it actually comes in a generic brown box with (50 foot hose reel handwritten on it). Go with another brand.

Truck washing made easy
Product works great. I put it on my pressure washer for washing my truck. Very pleased with the way it works.

You have to baby it or it will leak
On my third one in 2 years. We use it everyday though. The first one lasted twice as long as the last two. Going to look for another option I think.

Does not come with the ninety degree fitting as shown to hook the washer hose to. A nightmare trying to get something to fit it. The company recommended to put hose through hole loop it around and connect it.....I ended up using two 3/8 street fittings a nipple and a m22 male to male to connect the hose inside the reel. Had to remove the snap ring and slide the slip ring off to do this. Buy one made by someone other than AR

Pretty good in relation with price. Satisfied.
Fast ship. Item as in the description. Good in relation with price. Not connected yet to my pressure washer but seems good quality so far. Dimensions are little less than the description.

Poor quality!
This happened today, literally this thing blowed out. My pressure washer its 1600 psi. I’ll update my review is they honor warranty!
