One use & I’m a fan!!

I bought this Bed Buddy heatable neck roll for my mother as a replacement for her old one….I personally had never tried one of these in the past, but thought I’d give it a try, as she faithfully uses this pretty much daily now at age 82. All I can say is WOW!!! What have I been missing all these years for aches & pains? This does take a good 90 seconds to heat in the microwave but once you take it out and place around your neck? It somehow feels like a moist heat (however you don’t get it wet!) and has a very mild pleasant scent…it is very comfortable/not cumbersome to apply to any part of your body. I felt almost instant relief~the only downfall would be that you have to keep heating it up if you want to continually use it either through the day or night; as a RN for the last 30 years, I wish I would’ve discovered this earlier, as I’ve used heating pads for many years….I will be purchasing one of these Bed Buddy’s for myself!!!

4 star rating , would have been 5 but it’s heavy, you don’t want that heaviness on your shoulder, at least I don’t…. I already have heaviness on my shoulder all the time due to anterior and posterior cervical surgery Other than that it’s good

I've tried many - this is my favorite

I have chronic neck pain which often causes headaches. I also like to be warm in bed! I have tried about eight different products to heat in the microwave, and this is my favorite. Why? - The curved shape is good on my neck, or over my forehead when I have a headache, or over my stomach when I need comfort there, or between my feet when I get into bed on a cold night. - The very soft cover is easy to remove and put on again, and it is machine wash and dry. I toss it in with my delicates. (Close the velcro first.) - No perfume. There is a very faint mild herbal aroma that goes away after the first few uses. I hate perfumes, but I like this mild herbal smell. - It stays warm for a long time. I heat two of these together in the microwave on high for four minutes, and they stay warm for about 20-30 minutes in bed (under the covers). They cool more quickly when exposed, such as if you put one on your neck while sitting in a chair. - Smallish size makes these easy to pack for travel.

Nice feel and smell

I love the softness of the sleeve; like the lavender smell BUT the Velcro put in to keep sided together via very hard and still and I cannot get it to match up do it scratches my skin. But I’d buy again and remove Velcro

Excellent Quality and Construction for the Price!

We've been using their brand of warm/hot packs for many, many years. For the cost, the quality of their products is excellent. This neck pillow is no exception. It warms up very nicely, stays warm for a good 30 minutes and smells very nice (think spa/essential oils). Will definitely keep buying and using Bed Buddy products! They quality is great and unlike a plug in heating pad, they don't get too hot and it slowly decreases in temperature. You're only supposed to keep heat on an injury/sore area for about 20 minutes in order to avoid increased inflammation. Bed Buddy products always remind me not to leave the heat on too long which I really like.

Soft, fluffy and softly scented

Toss it in the microwave for 1:30 and it stays warm for nearly 3 hours. Slightly weighted but not cumbersome. Eases neck and shoulder strain, great for ear aches and Vertigo too. Lavender and Chamomile scent is light and soothing. Highly recommend for Vertigo, Meniere's Disease, autoimmune disorders that cause body chills but no fever.
