My first agility ladder

This is my first agility ladder, I don't have an area to lay it out and leave it. I don't know if they are all a pain to unroll and setup. I had to look up the span. (Its 15 to 18 inches according to the web) I had to modify it so the slats would stay in place when I roll it up. Luckily I have a masters degree in zip tieoligy! For the price it will work! I like Yes 4 All brand.

Agility ladder is great for working on balance and speed.

Very portable agility ladder

It’s a good agility ladder with plastic crossbars and flat nylon sides. It’s very portable, but keep in mind that the plastic crossbars move. So upon opening it, you get to space out how large or small of boxes you want.

Holding up to outdoor use, rungs slide very easily

Got this for daughter to improve footwork for volleyball. We leave it in the backyard under the hot Florida sun and and sprinklers, after a month or so it seems to be holding up well. The rungs slide very easily, which I guess is pro and con. The pro is that for a beginner, the rungs will slide so maybe that is safer and they don't trip. The con is that they frequently need to be repositioned if touched by the athlete. Unless there is some secret to folding it up cleanly, it seems to just get all tangled and is a nightmare to put back. Now when I mow the lawn I don't fold it up, I just mow around it, slide it to somewhere I already mowed, and then slide it back. If you needed to pack this up after every session, I guess you'd need to figure out some trick to keep the rungs in place, or just deal with replacing them every time. For our "leave it in the yard 100%" use, it is fine.

A great piece of kit

Great, study ladders. Really makes my youth team focus on footwork and these ladders are VERY versatile. Definitely one for the coaching bag.

Easy to set up, good quality much longer than I expected

Excellent quality for the price, really easy to set up, my boys had fun training with them, they was longer than expected but I didn't really read the specs so that's on me and not the product would recommend them

Excellent addition to my family's exercise regimen

I haven't experienced any tangling of the device when packing it up or setting it up; you just have to be a bit careful. This agility ladder also has the option of attaching another one to it if you need to make it longer which is kinda novel. I just wish that it included stakes so that it wouldn't move around so much while in use. It also does not have any grommets or anything which stakes could be put through, so that's a negative as well. The vendor should also include a set of drills for beginners to use (even if it is just a link to a few YouTube videos that they've produced). Overall, this is a cheap and effective way to improve fitness levels for everyone.

For the cheap price it’s quality is great. It’s perfect for training footwork. I bought it specifically for boxing and it gets the job done!
