Nice finish, great light and really moves the air quietly
After reviewing many fans we decided on this WH fan because of the looks, lighting and potential for air flow. There are a lot of items to cover and I hope this review helps you with your fan choice. We received the fan boxed in an extra large box. The original fan packaging was in pristine shape when we received it so we had great shipping but I thought the extra box was probably not needed so kind of a waste of packaging for what it is worth. Once I opened the fan box, I inventoried the parts and found that everything was included. It can be frustrating to have missing parts. In this case we had 3 extra fan blade screws and soft washer which was a bonus. The Mounting Bracket seemed a bit odd to me since it only allowed you to enter the mounting screws on one side via a slotted entry point. When you pull down on the mount it springs a bit but you have to really pull hard. This is a potential downside of this fan as any unbalance in the blades by defect or dust will be exaggerated due to the springiness in the mounting bracket. The Fan Blade Brackets had a couple issues and I'm working with WH support to get them addressed and will follow up to let you know how this support is handled. One Fan Blade Bracket had a chip in the powder coating which wasn't that big of an issue but when combined with a second Fan Blade Bracket being slightly malformed, I asked for both to be replaced. The slightly malformed Fan Blade causes a 2 millimeter lift in the attached blade resulting in a wobble that is exaggerated by the springy mounting bracket. The washers that are to be used with the fan blade screws need to be opened up a little larger. You will find that you have to push the screw in and twist it with the driver while you hold the washer so that you can get enough screw through to bite into the hole in the Fan Blade Bracket. My fingers were a little tender after doing that with 3 screws times 6 fan blades. The Lighting Mounting Tray was a bit of a pain in the rump to install. I had a hard time getting the wires above it set in a way that would allow me to align the screws while trying to get a visual around the light insulation. I got it but I had a couple of swear words dropped there. The lighting is very nice. I like that WH included two LED screw in bulbs instead of using a proprietary LED panel. If you don't like LED bulbs, you can replace with condescend bulbs but keep the wattage low to reduce heat. The included LED bulbs have a nice warm light and not an obnoxious daylight blue heugh. The light fills our 12x12 bedroom very nicely. The fan includes the ability to reverse the blade direction so you can pull heat up in the Winter and push cooler air down in the Summer. The only bad thing here is that it is a switch on the top of the fan so you have to get up on a ladder to make this adjustment. This should have been included on the fan so keep that in mind if you are mounting this fan in a very high location. The Remote has 4 speeds and light button and includes a wall mount. It is functional but would have been very nice if it could change the spin direction. The fan air flow is really nice. I mean it is pretty awesome. Even with the wobble that we are experiencing and working with support on. There is no audible hum with fan and the blades are super quiet for the amount of air they are pushing. Before I installed this fan my wife was complaining our older fan was not cooling her off at night and she was sick of the other loud fans that we had to have in the room. With this fan, I crank it on high to get my level of comfort and then when my wife comes in and I'm sleeping, she has to turn it down 1 notch so she doesn't get too cold. It's summer time with temps in the mid 90's and we are back to sleeping with blankets on at night :) As I said above, I'll report back on WH Support and if I have to dump them and just go with the Amazon grantee instead. My ticket has been submitted in their online portal on 8/15/2022. This should be interesting. Tom

Fan works well but installing the blades the washer holes were the same size as the screws so i needed to hold each washer with a pair of pliers and put the screw on a cordless screwdriver to put them on each screw . But fan looks and works good.

very stylish
i bought this fan for it's modern look and style. installation was pretty standard. quiet and works well. i would prefer the lighting be brighter but good overall. My main problem is Whouse owes me 10$ bc i had to buy paint and sanding blocks to repaint the fan blades to match the bronze color as the blades are cherry wood color, plus the 2 hrs lost to repaint.

Love this fan
I love how it has 4 settings instead of the standard 3. It looks great and in the couple of weeks we've had it we've gotten a few compliments (not had a lot of people over due to the pandemic). It's super quiet, but moves the air really well. My only complaint is that I wish the bulbs were a bit brighter. I don't feel that warrants dropping it a whole star, but if I could go down a half star I probably would. The dim function is also really slow. I've tried to find the same style bulbs with a brighter option, but can't. Oh well, still a great fan and the light is decent, would just like a bit brighter.

Cannot balance the fan to keep it from wobbling
I spent as much as an out swapping blades around each and every way conceivable. I simply cannot stop the fan from wobbling. I had a Hunter 64" fan for 18 years and initially it took me quite a bit of time (with their kit) to isolate the wobbling blade. In this case, there is no vibration kit so you are left to swapping blades around and as I stated, I simply can't get it to stop shaking. I just don't look at it and it won't bother me as much but when I look up, it triggers me and my teeth grind (annoyed).

Ok. Lets start with the obvious. This fan is beautiful. Very stylish. Moves a ton of air. For a Electrician. Should be a breeze to install. For a home owner. 2 hours or more. On my scale. It gets 10 stars out of 5. Period. Period. Lets talk about the BAD reviews. They are false. The light does in fact dim as stated. Yes it does. The bulbs it comes with do dim. Now if you want it to dim better. Change the bulbs. Dont spread lies. Period. No lies. NONE!!!!

Heads up!
On the Amazon picture and on the box, the blades they show a light color on one side and a very dark color on the other side. But, the dark color is a lot lighter than what is shown. I liked the style so much, my husband painted them very dark. And, I didn't want the light, so he spray painted the light cover dark too. Now it doesn't look modern. A big plus, when you set the fan speed then turn off at the light switch....the next time you switch it back on, fan goes at speed previously selected.

Not really impressed.
I like the look of the fan and how much air it moves. I am not impressed with the light and dimmer :( I would not buy this product again. After a few weeks of using it, I woke up in the middle of the night with a noise that something is catching as it spin on high speed, so I turned it off and realized it works best on low setting. I am thinking about contacting the company and retuning it.
