Looks sort of like like my $300 YSL shirts

I had to buy one of these, regular fit, from a hotel gift shop (for $45) at like 11pm when I had absolutely no shirts for a business event the next day. I then went back to my room and ordered the slim fit from amazon to arrive the next morning. 1. Someone criticized this for being too thin and see-through -- but that's perfectly normal for a poplin shirt, and you see it in ultra-high end shirts like my Yves St. Laurent poplin shirt (I'm talking $300 per shirt). Poplin is a very thin weave, and it's supposed to look silky smooth (compare to broadcloth, oxford etc. which are thick weaves and which look relatively coarse). It's more for summer wear, and works particularly well if you have to wear your suit all day. And yes always wear these with an undershirt (but then again if you're going casual in the summer, no tie and top button open, and you have a good body, then I guess you can just wear it without an undershirt. You see male models pulling off that sort of look). Any way, I can see not liking the shirt. But not liking it because it's too thin and see-through is just off-base. That's what it's supposed to do. 2. But this is not completely perfect. The fit is a little large, so definitely get the fitted (and not normal) and maybe the extra slim if they make that. That being said, I haven't seen what happens to these after 10 washes. 3. The cut is also not super-modern. It's fine though. It's like a normal cut, which you might prefer if you don't want to be too stylish / like a dandy etc. 4. For $20 this is a ridiculous deal.

Don't like collar

Overall the quality is acceptable but there are two issues with the collar. It is indeed the stated size (16) as measured with a tape, but effectively IS NOT. I am gaining size in my collar and 15.5 is becoming too hard to button. This size 16 is every bit as hard if not harder to button. The reason is that the neck band is excessively stiff. It doesn't appear that the stiffness will soften with washings. Also, the collar is shorter than others of the same brand that I own, which may only be a personal preference, but appears to me to present an appearance of an el cheopo low quality shirt because of the collar. After several washings the collar did not soften up and is still as hard or harder to button as a 15.5 size due to the effective size being smaller than stated.

Handsome

This is the second one I’ve purchased for my growing son. It’s not too big and it’s not tight. My son will be wearing a tshirt underneath as required by his school so the sheerness won’t be a factor (and I would highly recommend). He is comfortable in it all around- even when the collar is buttoned. And he looks handsome in the shirt and tie.

Just So So Shirts

I have to say, I rated the shirts based on what I saw. However, I had to return them because they fit too small. I use same size I ordered with other brand shirts, but this brand was small. In addition, even though it is not a reflection of the product, the package was received slightly torn and the box was open. Black amazon tape lifted from box, exposing merchandise in box.

Bien.

La camisa en general está bien, tiene el estándar de la marca es decir, puesta se ve bien, el color blanco luce blanco no amarillento, aguanta varias (10 o más antes de notarse el desgaste) lavadas sin desgastarse mucho por ser 65% poliéster y 35% algodón. Sí la recomiendo tomando en cuenta Valor-Precio.

Fitted. Fitted at the bottom and large at the top.

The product is how it is described. We planned to get it even more fitted at the tailor however we did not want to get the slim fit in case it would be too tight at the chest. Great material.
