Looks nice, quality materials. Inconvenient way to deem with a very little knob. Quit turning on after 2 months.

Not Wi-Fi Enabled, Needs Neutral Wire, using button to dim is Awkward
I bought this because I mistakenly though it was a Wi-Fi dimmer switch. Instead, this is just a dimmer switch. I actually uninstalled this and re-installed my Lutron LED dimmer switch instead since I think it's easier to use in general (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C2WTLU/) Install: Again, compared to the Lutron Diva LED dimmer, this was a pain to install. This dimmer switch requires use of the Neutral wire, so I had to run the provided Neutral extension to the Neutral in the junction box. The Lutron slider dimmer did not require the neutral wire for the install - just connect the load, line and ground and it works like you would expect for a normal light switch. The Lutron also gives you the option of using in a 3-way installation, which this UltraPro dimmer does not offer - single pole install only. Dimming: It does dim my LED string lights, but holding the button in the middle to adjust the brightness is kind of awkward while waiting for the right brightness to let go. I prefer the dimmer slider on my Lutron switches. The UltraPro promotes a "MyBright" setting that keeps your brightness setting after you turn it off, but so does the sliding dimmer in the Lutron. Value: This dimmer is currently about $13 cheaper on Amazon than the Lutron dimmer I've compared this to ($14.80 vs $27.67) - however the Lutron dimmer comes with a faceplate that this one does not, so that probably brings the real difference town to a $10 difference unless you already have a faceplate for a paddle style switch. That said - I'd probably gladly pay that difference again to have the much easier install and the option to install with a 3 way switch. But if you want to save yourself a little money on a LED capable dimmer, this does work and will do the job if you know how to install electrical switches and sockets.

Good switch
The media could not be loaded. I can say that this switch operates as advertised, but I'm not too sure I like exactly how it's set up to operate. First the positive. It replaces easily, most common switches that you will find in the house, and installation was fairly straight forward. It works fine, and does dim certainly any compatible light source. What I wasn't too crazy about was the functioning of how it dims and brightens. I have a few other switches in the house, and the all have a slider on them to dim or brighten the light source. This one is operated by a button, that only goes one way at a time of course, and I think in the overall scheme of things, I prefer the slider. Where as my other switches have a smooth transition between brightness levels, this one seems to step up and down. Think of taking a ramp versus taking the stairs, if that analogy can be a good imagery to explain what I mean. It just isn't the smoothest. That said, it does dim and brighten just fine. My video will show you further how to use it, and demonstrate what I just mentioned. All in all, it's a decent switch. It looks nice, and works as advertised, but how it works is the questionable bit that I think there are better designs out there for.

Works well, sleek look
This is a sleek looking, reasonably easy to use dimmer. It installed easily, although as the description notes it requires a neutral wire, so you'd better read and follow the directions! Although the dim function is pretty slick, it's not as immediately intuitive as the slider-type dimmer switches, which I also have. After using this for a bit, I'm not a fan of the blue led. Even though it serves a purpose, I now know that I prefer my dimmer switches to not have bonus lights. Overall, a good switch that works, but it's got a sci-fi aesthetic I'm not completely a fan of.

Easy to install
This is an interesting concept for a dimmer switch and I like it. It can alternate between two set dimming levels or can just be held down for a brightness selection. Pretty easy to install, especially with the wire ports in the back of the switch. A neutral is required so make sure you connect it either with a direct wire from the previous switch or using the included jumper. I’ve tried this switch with two different LED bulbs and I’ve had a lot of flickering so I’ve had to switch to incandescent. Other than that I like the switch.

Easy Install
Easy to install and even came with the extra pigtail required for hook up. It holds a dimmer setting and you can just turn the dim on or off with a push of the button and still keep the dim level at the same point when resumed. I like the blue light on the switch that tells me even when it's off that it will turn on and be dimmed which is helpful to avoid being blinded by the light. Using it takes a little getting used to but once you do it is easy enough.
