Disappointing, damaged and dodgy

Delivery: unit damaged beyond repair with warped metal, puncture dents, bent metal bracing, misaligned drawers that scratch each other upon sliding in and out; etc. Construction: dodgy thin metal that is prone to warping, scratches and dents; faucet acts as a lever on the base with visible torque on the stainless steel deck; etc. Discount: I managed to negotiate 50% off in lieu of a full return, which was ridiculously cost prohibitive (doesn’t make any sense) given the cost of return shipping (to a third party), but now I’m contemplating asking for a full refund, given that I’ve since found scratches on the faucet, which was wrapped in plastic (and appears to be made of plastic too, for God’s sake!) — as the unit will likely become scrap metal really soon! Feeling: disappointed in every way, as this alleged “high-end” unit is everything but that in the final analysis — marginally functional yet now aesthetically unappealing and thus certainly not the prized focal point of the space anymore. Recommendation: don’t buy unless you’re prepared to swallow a sizeable helping of frustration about what ought to have been a beautiful and functional “new” sink — or you enjoy seeking fully justified “damage” discounts that get you stuck fiddling with repairs because you’re a “nice person” who doesn’t want to see new stuff go straight to the recycling bin. Transolid: customer support told me the damage was Amazon’s fault, but that’s just the shipping part, which speaks to Transolid’s insufficient outer packaging and even interior parts protection, and their general disregard of the obvious ongoing issues that are still at play.

Great little Sink!

3 Stars as mine arrived damaged just like the other reviewer claimed. I was able to have it repaired, the damage is from poor shipping container and storage. Metal is thin and easily bent. I still like the functionality and design of this product. Great under sink storage with two nice drawers.Note the sink does not have a complete back panel, keep that in mind if you are installing outside as part of an outdoor kitchen. Easy connections and set up, deep basin and nice faucet. Wishes: Sink chopping board as sink cover Rear complete panel for sturdiness with cutouts Soap dispenser cutout on top Overall pleased with purchase

Modern Sleek Sink for Tight Spaces

This is a great little sink for tight spaces. The faucet is fantastic. It's flexible and adjusts up, down sideways. We absolutely love this sink.

Streamlined look and good for small space

Good product, fits in small space, streamlined look. Drawers are tricky to remove, flimsy catch/release (needed to do this for plumber install)…hoping the release won’t break in the future but should not need to mess with drawers often.

Looks amazing, functional and VOC-free

We installed this in our powder room, across the hall from our laundry room. It replaced a pedestal sink of similar dimensions. It looks great, and fits with the modern style of our home. It’s all metal, so it won’t release any VOCs and is very resistant to water damage. The large drawers are really convenient for storing things. Much better than a cabinet.

Severely damaged

We waited a long time for this to arrive. It was for my husbands new home bar. We are extremely upset to see the damage. It cannot be covered up or repaired. It’s on the top of the unit. Just awful! UPDATE….. I contacted the seller who refused to assist stating I need resolution through Amazon… how awful!!!

It was broken in 4 places and unavailable to return for a new one

I dislike that I was unable to return for a new one and I’ve had to stick with an overpriced damaged sink. Very unhappy. And customer service has been terrible.
