Nice fabric but no tiara in package.
I am 4'10" and 107 lbs. I was able to alter the dress by taking in the back seam and hemming it. It still presented as an "off the shoulder" dress and the sleeves were really long but it did look lovely in the end. The description said there was a tiara included but there was no tiara at all in the package I received. Other reviewers said the tiara was trash so I kept the dress anyway and ordered another tiara and elf ear clips. If you are petite, you will have to alter the dress for it to fit. The fabric was comfortable. I would also add that if you have heavy arms, you will probably be uncomfortable as the lace sleeves are very narrow. I think it should have had a lower price point but it's for a Disney Halloween on the High Seas cruise so it was worth the splurge.

Surprisingly it fits
Honestly for this price you are getting a great dress. It stretches, it’s not the best sewing work indeed but it works. I’m 5’3 and weight around 170lbs. The length is perfect for my size, the dress is skintight but it doesn’t look bad, it’s quite comfortable because the fabric stretches and it has and inner lining fabric that helps smooth things out. Probably with a body shaper under it’ll look great. It doesn’t have a zipper or corset of any sort, you just slide it on.

The velvet material doesn't look too bad though. The lace on the arms and neckline ...
It's maybe a tad short for me. I'm 5'9" and typically wear a size small/med shirt or 7/8 pants. It's about an inch off the floor when I wear it but really that could be convenient so I don't trip on it. It's clearly made of a very cheap velvety material and there isn't a hem, they just put stitches into the bottom so it wouldn't unravel. The velvet material doesn't look too bad though. The lace on the arms and neckline definitely leave something to be desired however so I think I'll be replacing that before next Halloween. It's kind of a sage green color so it's not quite accurate to the movie. While others complain about tight arms it didn't seem terribly tight to me. I have normal sized arms that fit properly in shirt or sweater sleeves. Movement is nice and easy in this dress. Despite the cheap materials, it is not itchy. So overall, the dress is decent and could certainly be "leveled up" with some minor sewing skills. The "crown" thing is cheap ugly **** though so please plan on just buying something else. It's like you melted those plastic bead things from whatever toy that was in the 80s/90s to make like magnets and things. Etsy generally has some cute headpieces you can buy that would look better than this. Plus they have metal elf ears as well instead of the crappy looking latex things you can by on Amazon.

I'm 5'10 and was worried about the length of this dress
I'm tall and worried this wouldn't be long enough but it is! Comes to the tops of my feet. The sleeves don't have a ton of stretch but they fit well enough for a costume. overall very pleased. the crown is pretty hoaky but I expected that based on other reviews.

Overall, an on point Arwen costume
The best thing about this dress is that it’s so recognizably Arwen. Hard to find something similar at this price point. The dress came with minor issues. Needed some hand stitching where it was coming apart on the shoulders/collar. Some fly away threads here and there but I managed to fix that myself. The fit was doable but not perfect so if you have time, definitely take it to a tailor. Mine was a bit too long and kept sliding off my shoulder. It worked for my purposes and everyone knew who I was. I’m 5’5 122 lbs. As others have said it does show all in the mid section and is pretty unforgiving in that regard. Overall, great dress and price!

Better than Party City, Worse than actual cosplay.
I’m usually a dress size 8, 5 foot 5.5 inches tall, bra size 38 C, 148 lbs and this dress fits pretty well! I will say the lace part of the sleeve is pretty unforgiving and a little itchy, and it’s tight in the breast area so I won’t be able to wear a bra with it. Will not be using the horrible crown. Will be wearing it to the Renaissance festival, so it suits my purpose of being light, comfortable, and affordable without being made out of super plastic-y material. Hems are super disappointing though. You’re definitely only paying for the fabric. Washed it to get factory smell out of it in my old washing machine on Delicate cycle inside a laundry bag and it held up ok, but I wouldn’t wash it more than you need to because I think it did loosen some of the gems even more.

Bad quality, but it gets the job done
I got this dress for Halloween. It's exactly what you see in the pictures, however, the quality is terrible. The dress literally came with tears and holes in it (as pictured). Don't even bother with the crown. On the left is what came with the costume, and on the right is what I purchased from Etsy (highly recommend). I don't think the dress will hold up well for future cosplays, so if you're looking for longevity, consider getting something custom made. Surprisingly, the size was actually just right for me - for reference, I am 5'3" and 145 lbs.

Nice costume
This is a beautiful costume. It's nicely made, and the fabric is good quality, made of a soft plush stretch velvet with stretchy lace on the arms. It feels really comfortable once it's on and hangs loose around the middle of the body. A few of the down sides: it looks white in the photo, but it actually is the same sea-foam/lime green as in the other pictures of the pricier versions from other retailers. That's too bad, because I actually wanted it in white! The description also said it would fit size 10-14, so I expected it to be too big, but it's much more of a size 4-6 on the arms at least. It's pretty tight there due to a few non-stretchy silver bands on the arms which I had to cinch up above my elbows to make this dress wearable. That said, I think it's going to be an awesome halloween dress. Nice and warm, soft, and once it's on quite lovely and comfortable.

Not the same as the picture
The dress is pretty , but definitely not the same as the picture. It’s made from a light green curshed velvet fabric , and it’s a tight fit especially those who are a UK size 12, the sleeves are smaller then the picture. The length is perfect as I’m 5”3. The Tiara, seriously don’t bother is cheap looking kids fancy dress crown. The collar just has some lace sewn on to it. But overall it’s definitely not worth the price, overall I wouldn’t say it’s badly made either, it will do for an comic con and it’s Convention safe. I say it’s about 3-4* as for me it doesn’t quite fit my shoulders as I would like and it’s not the same as the picture, most definitely isn’t white either.

Not bad, but not worth the price
The costume is very beautiful and it fit well. But the quality is not impressive, and forgot the tiara, if I can call that a tiara! There were holes in the costume, I was abble to fix it. So the price is too expensive for what it is, but I am still happy and love it!

Used at comicon and everyone recognised me. However, the headpiece is ridiculous and I just threw it out as it looks cheap and does not even sit well on your head.

Happy with the quality of the dress.
Very nice dress. Got a lot of compliments on it. I made small alterations to the sleeves to keep them from being too long and added my own silver belt. It turned out to be a great costume for a medieval fest/Halloween/ any costumized party. The crown can be thrown away - it is garbage. I bought another metal head band separately for a better look.
