Truly awful in design and execution. Boring review but hopefully good info.

Very poor design. Allow me to explain. First they use the same valves as they use on their L handled faucets so they have a 90 degree sweep which is fine. The problem is since they use the same base faucets as their the handles turn the opposite direction from one another for off and on. In this case it was clockwise off for cold and counter clockwise off for hot. I didn’t like that because counter clockwise off is counter intuitive with a cross handle. So I turned the faucet upside down (that’s why the red and blue switch colors. I think it’s a little safer for hot to be clockwise off than cold. Second, the spout just sprays. I thought it was the plastic aerator at the end of it but it got even worse when I took it out. So when your tub fills, expect water splashed everywhere. Third, the engineers who understand metallurgy were outvoted to save a penny on the hardware you use to attach it to the bracket. They used zinc plated. I found this out because I had to move it and one of the screws wouldn’t come out after only a month of being installed. Nearly had to drill it out. Zinc causes a reaction with brass (you’d expect a company with brass in the name to KNOW that) which corrodes the brass. You will never ever get those fasteners out after a year or more. Fourth, the handles were splined, they were poorly indexed. When this faucet is off, it’s not possible to have the handles in a true north orientation whether you mount the crosses as an x or a t. I hate it. I wanted cross handled faucets to go in this old what project and I’ve had this one too long to return it. I might be putting it in the trash soon before I close it up in the wall and find another quality control or design issue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. You’re gonna hate this faucet.

faucet doesn't appear to be as advertised

Described as a roman tub faucet with 7 gal per minute flow rate at 80 psi, but the faucet we got specifies a 1.5 gallon per min flow rate at 60 psi. want an explanation from vendor.....may be returning faucet..Also not sure if finish is brushed nickel...sure looks like chrome
